Hello all,
My Father in law sent me courier on 8th march by gms couriers. but this couriers guy made me suffer like anything it reached the destination by 13:25 on 10 March but they didnt borther to deliver it when i asked the pune gms office they we will deliver it on 11 march i told i need on 10 th but they started shouting we dont deliver boys and cant deliver it. and i told them to deliver on 15 march by 9am even they didnt do that. finally i had go personally to collect the courier. GMS Courier is pathetic services

GMS couriers — courier lost

On 10th of march 2010 a friend of mine sent me from Bangalore my original X, XII and graduation mark sheets and on 22nd after much inquiry from the courier company they are telling me that they lost the courier. This is irresponsibility at its peak. I don't know what to say about this and to add to this they are offering me a penalty of Rs100 :P.

GMS courier service have irresponsible staff and poor network

I did mistake of sending my very important and urgent document by this company. Not only they took one week but they returned the package without delivery. Because delivery boy was too busy. Staffs are poorly trained and non competent.
