Go-Air — trip cancellation

we 2 friends arrived at mumbai air port terminal 1B on 22feb, 2008 at 4.00 am. Our flight was at 6.25 am to hyderabad, but in the airport, ther was no display in tv monitor and above the boarding pass issueing counter, regarding this hyd flight & the go-air personals also not aware about this flight departure, by the by while waiting to listen the announcement for this flight and seaching for this go-air station manager it was time 5.55 am, i.e till 30 min left for depature. Then the go-air station manager appeared and told the all the passengers that they can not board in the flight, as they are late. There were around 30 pasengers who were suffered, they were form different route- mum-goa, mum-hyd, mum-del.
Now pls suggest me how to highlight this irresponsibility and negligence of station manager towards the passengers to the go air authority, I tried to highlight this matter through their customer support, but they are also similar to the station manager of go-air. My name is Prashant Agarwal and through this onlne media, I would like to bring in notice of all other future passengers abount a very disappointing experience i had with GO AIRLINES. I booked a ticket (PNR No. OSA9KY) for 2 passengers to travel from Delhi to Ahmedabad. the reservation was made through net and by mistake the name for both the passengers was entered the same as "Prashant Agarwal" instead of "Niranjan Agarwal" in one. Immediately after i saw my itenary I callled the customer care department of GO Airlines and I was shocked to see that they simply refused to make any amendment, whereas as per the law "Immediately after the web reseravtion is done, any changes can be made if the customer complaints within two hours of the reservation, and this will not attarct any further charges". I explained them the situtaion that how can two passengers book two seperate ticket at once with the same name. It was just a mistake and what I am asking them to do is to just click on the edit option and edit the name. They told me that they need to cancel this ticket which would cost me another 750/- rupees and then they can rebook the ticket at the new higher fare

I advise any person who is reading this mail as NEVER TO TRAVEL THROUGH GO AIR, as they are the worst airlines in India and also would request the concerned authorities of Consumer complaints Forum to take necessary action against this airline and if possible shut them down.

I had travelled on 1st June, 09 from New Delhi to Goa by goair direct flight, 15.30 hrs flight.I had purchased the ticket at the Airport GOAIR Counter.Since I had gone to Goa on official visit I want to claim the fare from my office.But i have misplaced the ticket and the Boarding Pass.I don, t have the PNR No . of the ticket, too.Could u plz help me out, and give me a duplicate copy of the ticket.With regards.G.K.PAI.
