Hello All,
My PNR is PEIRGX.
Ordered two samosas and one veg sandwich and pay 1200 but in flight i got coffee and cake which I refused to take as we are not taking sugary products.

Please initiate my refund ASAP.

    I was charged Rs.4400 for extra baggage on the 5th Sept with PNR CF5FGE by GoAir at Mumbai Airport. The problem here is I was charged twice for Rs.4400 as the first time swipe on the machine said "Time Out" and hence I was charged for the 2nd time despite the money being debited the first time too. Now I am left with 2 charges for of Rs.4400 each for the same transaction of extra baggage.

    We booked 5 tickets, under PNR H5MPSE & CDJEKX, for the go air flight no.G8-259/2609 dated 20/07/2022 from Shrinagar to Lucknow, total journey in 2 legs.
    on 8th July we received a email from go air that above flight has been cancelled due to technical reasons.
    As per the cancellation rules in all travell agencies if journey is cancelled by the operator, full refund automatically returned so we were waiting for the same.br...

    I booked the flight ticket with GoAir(PNR Number F6L7HP)from Hyderabad on 2nd Aug at 6 am to catch International flight at Bangalore at 10.30 am. GoAir rescheduled the ticket without any cooling period to make my own plan and send revised ticket to me 28th July. I explained the situation multiple times to the Customer Service Executives and also mentioned over email and over phone mentioning that revised Itinerary is not acceptable for me....

    Hi, this is Pooja. I travelled by Go First flight from Pune to Leh via Delhi on 7th July, 2022. During the journey my Bag is being damaged by Go First. I showed it to Go First Authority at Leh Airport.     This is regarding my flight from Delhi to Leh in 26th May at 5 am.
    We waited for 2 hrs in checkin line for luggage with no support from staff even after inquiries there wasn't any support no callout for our flight checkin there was checkin for 3 to 4 flights simultaneously with just 3 or 4 counters open for gofirst.     Hi, I cancelled my flight with pnr no. O3S7JL FROM LEH TO BANGALORE ON 12TH OF JULY and ask for the full refund due to medical emergency. They deduct the cancellation charge and refund the rest and ask to sumit the medical reports to get the refund. I submitted the medical reports through mail but after that I keep on calling them to know the status but keep on saying they escalate it and wait for 2days.It has been 15 days calling again and again and their answer is same

      While booking the ticket there was no mentioning about paid selection of seats, but while i tried to do manadte web checkin they are asking for money and not giving an option to skip seat like other websites, this incident happened on june 2022 .. if paying was mandate they should mention it while booking why would i have to pay if i dont want to sit in particular seat if they have mentioned free in app why cant i see the free seats when i try to book ticket.. Air line is scam

        Ticket was booked for Goa - delhi but had to cancel as one of the passenger detected as Covid+. Departure date was 25th and i got to know the report on 19th. Since then i have been calling customer care and sending email on [protected]@flygofirst.com.

        i have shared the report with them but still no response.

          We left our Bluetooth headset (Sennheiser) on our recent trip, dated 10th May, Flight number - G8-406, on the 20th row of the flight (20A 20B) - PNR - TE68JK.

          It was a black colour headset, looks a bit weary but does the job and I would really appreciate having it back. We de-boarded in jiffy as it was an interconnecting flight Delhi - Varanasi - Lucknow. We left at Varanasi.

            I was supposed to travel by Go air G8-808 From Bengaluru to Lucknow on 4th June, 2022. The flight original departure was at 12.20 pm which got rescheduled by them on the date of departure to 15:00 pm.

            While sitting at the airport waiting for boarding, the flight was again delayed and rescheduled to 15:30 pm.

            What kind o[censored]nprofessional service is this? If someone has some urgency to reach, then what about them...

            My bag was exchanged and I had to spend 2 hours at the airport and also pay additional amt of waiting charges since wrong belt number was announced in the flight. I would like to claim a refund for all the lost time and money.
