I purchased a GODREJ fully Automatic Washing Machine (GWF620FSX) from Tirumala Music Centre Private Limited (Begumpet) on 12th July 2010. To my horror the one and a half month machine started giving us problems
Immediately after purchasing, we started facing problems with the machine. We made our first complaint to TMC who pushed it off to Godrej Service Center. There was a problem with the machine's PCB, Water In-let. The PCB had been changed 6 times in a span of 2 months by Sandip (Godrej Service Center employee). I lodged a complaint with Godrej, Hyderabad almost 29 times that this washing Machine has a manufacturing defect, kindly replace! From October 2010, I have been given numerous complaint codes and been pushed to various people to solve my problem with no help.
Now after a year of being thrown from one person to another, the Godrej people have a new thing to say, " Your 1 year warranty is over". Looks like they were just waiting for the warranty to expire.
I have spoke to the Godrej Office in Hyderabad[protected],[protected], Sandip,Srinivas,Kushal, Sarath, Mujahid , Mobin, Sravanthi to only hear there's not much they could do.
I kindly request the authorities concerned to STOP harnessing their customers like this and replace our machine Immediately. (My contact No: [protected]) Was this information helpful? |
