On 16/09/22, I made an advance payment of Rs1000/- for a sofa at the advice of the salesman. He said that after a few days, the discount would be unavailable. My hasty choice was a Rhine 33 Recliner. The showroom was Dakshinapan at 2, Gariahat Road, Kolkata -700, 068. On 10.9.22, I changed my mind and made the final payment for a Hexa 3 Seater Sofa. However, the lady dealing with the payment did not adjust the advance amount with the final payment. Perhaps that was a mistake. Till then, I have been asking the concerned salesman for a refund of my money. Unfortunately, despite his best effort, he could not meet my request.
That is why I request you to take the necessary steps to refund the advance amount as soon as possible.
