The replacement order has been processed on 16th jan, still not received the new wardrobe. The service center alert security service is misbehaving constantly and not picking up calls. The deadline for replacement was given as 20th jan as there is a marriage on 22nd.. It was not delivered. Now they are not even taking calls....

Natarajan, technician who came to service leakage of water in washing machine at thanjavur on 12-1-18 replaced a damaged tube for rs.50/- and collected service charge of rs.350/-. But the machine became inoperative. I. E., we have paid rs.400/- for the machine which was functioning but only leaking to become non functional. Godrej Interio — full product not delivered and couple of door are physically damaged

I have ordered a customozed almirah on 26th nov17 and the seller confirmed me they will arrange the same within 30 days (Max 42 days) but even after 50 days we are not get the all the material parts and two door are physically damaged and two handle also missing, even after multiple followup to the below mentioned mail id but not received any update.

Godrej Interio — godrej selling defective product and cheating to customers

Problem – mattress has small size of 3 inch and wanted to exchange but dealer and company denied to exchange – stating that it is custom size mattress which will not exchangeable and neither refundable. (For your information 5 feet x 6feet it is available in many company website means it is not customize size. I want to know – why not company or dealer explained me the standard size of mattress, why they have done the alteration and supplied wrong and defective material. I did not asked to give me cut material from original product.
If company itself not ready to take back it mean material...

Hi godrej interio,
I have bought one dininig table from godrej interio showroom, kakurgachi, kolkata but after using it only for 4 months it started swelling up.

I have reported complain to godrej and you sent your representative to address the same. He suggested a replacement as the product is under warranty and advised the table to be delivered by december, 2017.

Since then when ever i'm call service center, i was told that the table is not in stock and will arrive from mumbai after 15days.

Is there no specific deadline for the item to be delivered?...

We have bought 5 dining table chairs from godrej interio & all the 5 chairs have gone bad from the below side. The complaint has been filed around 40-50 days back in the godrej inetrio outlet at byculla from where the chairs have been bought for a replacement and till date the problem remains unattended. The godrej service head refuses to pick up the phone and even call back to attend to the problem.

The problem has been there for the last 8-9 months and it did not come to the notice as it was underneath the chair and all the black peices of the chair kept on falling gradually....

I placed an order for modular kitchen in chennai. They promised to fix by 6 weeks but it took 12 weeks for the material to arrive. The dealer asked for 50% advance and another 50% when the material reached their godown in chennai. They insisted on the full payment before the material was moved to our home!. We complied with all this believing in the reputation of godrej whose products we have been using for the last 35 years. But sadly the material which reached our home had a door which arrived broken... Even then we accepted when the person said they will replace it.. Full payment made and now...

I have bought a slimline blend from brabourne road store kolkata showroom which was delivered to me vide sales invoice no 14i /11032074 dated 14.12.2017 and found to be defective when the mechanics opened the packs. The godrej people themselves registered the complain to the company about the defective material in the pack. Nearly a month have lapsed no replacement has been done by the company. My microwave was out of order. I lodge a call with you for its repairing (K[protected]).. Technician kol-raia cooling p - chiranjit nask atteded on 05/10/2017. The technician was unable to complete the repairing work. He told me that a new parts is needed. So he left the task for the day, and till date the work is not completed and remain pending. I am in great trouble. I paid rs 355 to your authorized technician. But my work is not completed. Till date. I made phone calls time and again. But all is in vain. Please help me...

Few days back i purchased 2 ac's from amazon and requested godrej toll-free for installation of ac. The service orders for the installations are [protected], [protected]. Godrej promised us the installation of ac is free as it is included in the overall price that we purchased from amazon website. But to our shock the service engineers who visited us on jan 4th 2018 charged us 2200 rs saying that 2000 rs for installing both ac's and 200 rs for their transportation. On 23/12/2017, i have paid rs.4930 vide sbi cheque no.778413 dated 23/12/2017 (Narendrapur branch, kolkata) for wardrobe painting (Prince grey colour). Technician sri. B. Chartered has visited against service call no.454277. Since last friday (5/01/18), everyday sending messages from logistic branch over phone for lifting of wardrobe, but didn't turn up for lifting till date. Claiming compensation for inordinate delay in action against payment of rs.4930 in advance to m/s godrej. You are requested to send suitable instruction to field formation for immediate lifting of wardrobe.

I had purchased 1 chocolate king size bed and 1 mattress in october 2017 from m/'s horizon, seraidhela dhanbad. I had paid full amount at the moment and they told me that goods will be delivered at your doorstep along with original bill and some supplemental item. But sorry to say despite of several phone calls and visit, i have not been provided original bill and supplemental item till date.

Alexandrio sofa purchased for rs. 31, 387.50 started developing cracks within a year of purchase. Initially i was of the impression that the cracks were minor scratches. The cracks started increasing day by day and now the sofa is not usable. My hard earned money is looted by godrej interio by selling a sub-standard quality product for premium price. I have not listened to these warnings and now i am repenting for the same. It is understood that alexandrio sofa is discontinued by godrej due to quality issues and customers who had purchased this product lost their money.

We hv booked office chairs of worth rs 59552.00 to your dealer - gupta furniture veethika, kanpur on 14.12.2017. They promised us to deliver the same within 3-4 weeks. But yesterday when asked for my booking status, they told us that it would take another one month to deliver our purchase order. This is very unprofessional way.

This is regarding the complaint p[protected], problem is still not resolved but your technician closed the complaint without customers consent.
We have purchased a slide and store pro from godrej interio store sadhu vaswani road pune. Product was not installed properly. One sliding door is not smooth in operating. It is scratching the other door and is not smooth as other door. Sample product was very smooth at the store.

The mattress comes with a 3 year warranty, however within the first month sagged, making it impossible to have a peaceful sleep. Dear sir,
1 sofa model Rio 3 seater and 1 shoe cabinet booked on 14/11/2017 . On 9/12/2017 it was given to understand that the said materials have been alloted and awaiting delivery and requested for the payment of the balance amount. Accordingly on 10th December 100% payment was made.

Sir, had bought a recliner sofa in 2015 but by 2016 itself the levers were not working and also the springs were giving way. Exactly after a year when the warranty is over.
