Service Issue: Incomplete Installation of Godrej Interio Furniture

Address: Vikhroli, Mumbai

I purchased a wardrobe on 17th Oct'25 and during installation the following issues were identified:
1. Damaged mirror.
2. Damaged door handle.
3. Locker and door alignment problems (Service technicians visited three times, but the issue remains unresolved) .
4. Small dent on the door edge (noticed during the technician alignment visit).
It has now been near about 2 months without any update on the pending...

Hi - on 2nd September installation team came to install my Godrej - Luminex 2-Door Steel Almirah (Textured Dusty Rose). They noticed the almirah is damaged / dented on the left side. They raised a complaint immediately with the support.

Have been following up with Godrej team - but still no updates - Kindly request for intervention and process return or replacement ASAP.

This is inform to you that we are not happy with the godrej Services provided to their customer. The request raised on 08-Jun-25 and it's been more than 1 week, no one have courage to visit and resolve the issue.

Order cancellation - unhelpful customer care

On 02-May-25, I placed an order - Order No.[protected] for the product "Waves Advance Shoe Cabinet". The Delivery Date given in the order was 12-May-25.
On 06-May I received a call from Godrej informing me about delay in the delivery to 15-May as delivery on 12-May was not possible.

I had purchased Godrej Interio Aero King Size bed from its Dealer of Sector 16, Noida in November, 2022. My decision was based upon my earlier purchase of such beds in my Gurgaon House. However, Bed purchased in 2022 in Noida showed substandard wooden planks of its box as upper layer of those beds have started peeling. I store quilts and winter wears in this bed. These quilts and clothes were shifted from my Gurgaon House which I used to store in those Godrej Aero Beds and no issue was found on those beds. I raised complaint with the company. To my utter surprise, instead of admitting their mistake of providing substandard material, they shifted the blame of misuse on me. I told them that I have only stored those quilts in this bed which earlier I used to store in my Gurgaon beds. Moreover, Godrej has never prohibited its customers from storing quilts in their bed box or they have not provided the list of items which can only be stored in their beds. In addition to this, Godrel nowhere mentioned that total life of their Godrej bed is maximum 02 years after which it has to be disposed of to the scrap dealer. I had been their loyal customer for last 30 years. Now their quality has become so pathetic that in future, I shall never opt for Godrej furniture nor recommend my friends to buy their items

        I have purchased one "Target 104 Work desk, Dark walnut Color" from Godrej Interio official website, " https://www.godrejinterio.com " dated on 15th January, 2024 with complete Pre-paid payment of ₹19, 129. The product was supposed to be delivered by 25th January, 2024. Yet since the product has not been delivered and whenever tried to reach customer support it has been told that product will be delivered soon but I have never been contacted from the company side. Lately they told that product will be delivered on 5th Feb, 2024 but has not been delivered again. And each time they are saying to deliver soon. Furthermore, in website in my account for tracking of the product, it is showing that the product order is created and the product has not been reached in transit till date. Their customer service executive everyday lies about delivering the product and don't deliver it and at the end of the day they they tell that the product will be delivered on the next day.

            I Sudipta Chakraborty(Ph no [protected]) purchased an almirah from (83/1, BT Road, Tobin Road Sonar Tori Apartment, Ground Floor, And, opposite Pantaloons, 1st Floor, Baranagar, West Bengal 700090) this Godrej interio outlet and my experience is really worse. They are really unprofessional and don't know how to deal with the customers. They keep on transferring their responsibility to sales, engineer, delivery, installation team but no one takes the responsibility. They harass their customers like anything. I strong condemn their behaviour.

              I ordered a 2-door Slimline Russet colour almirah. I ordered based pictures available on website both mobile and computer.

              1) I already have a Russet color almirah, and the one they delivered has a different color.
              2) The door colour that was installed is quite different from the one advertised on the website. (see attached image)
              3) The colour of the door is not ever similar to the one they displayed on email.

              I raised a complaint and was told that I received what I order. I escalated the issue almost a month back, but Godej hasn't bothered to reply. Only recourse left is to file a case in the consumer court.

                My name is Mani Singh and I am writing to express my absolute disdain for the disgraceful service provided by Godrej Interio's online platform.

                I placed an order for a Godrej Interio Steel Almirah with the Order ID #[protected] on Monday, 30 October 2023. The expected delivery date, as per your seemingly fictional promises, was 11 November 2023. Lo and behold, my order waltzed its way to me on 23 November 2023, a full twelve days past the promised date. Congratulations on such a stellar display of incompetence.

                The level of frustration I've experienced in dealing with your abysmal excuse for customer support is beyond words. It's clear that your support team is as useful as a screen door on a submarine. I might as well have been talking to a brick wall for all the good it did.

                Let's cut through the fluff – your company has not only failed to deliver on its promises but has also managed to shatter any semblance of trust I may have had. It's apparent that Godrej Interio is more interested in swindling hard-earned money from customers than providing the service they've paid for.

                I demand an immediate refund for this farcical transaction. Your inability to deliver a simple product on time is not only laughable but also a blatant violation of the trust customers place in your brand. Do not force me into resorting to legal avenues; your company's shady practices are leaving me with no other choice.

                I expect you to pull your act together, initiate the refund process pronto, and spare me the agony of dealing with your pathetic excuse for an e-commerce platform any longer. This isn't just a request; it's a demand.

                  I bought a dining table set in June' 23 and since then I have been complaining that the table has a defect. Numerous times I have called the customer care but still no response. This is not the type of customer service expected from such a reputed company. I have been to the store, written to them, called them, requested them but no action have been taken. I want the customer service team to contact me asap as its been almost an year now.

                  My invoice no is PF/KN/23-24/643 and I bought the dining table with chairs from Patel Furnishers - Kirti Nagar branch.

                    I have purchased the Almirah and after few days the almirah has arrived, but no one has informed me the person who is going to come, and install will be different. Now, after raising the request (your call center is pathetic, spoken with a guy named Faisal) no resolution has been given. I had applied from my office to install it but you don't have a timeline. Today I have got a call from your installation guy but now he is not picking the call. No time frame has been given by anyone. You guys work on your own. This is a very bad experience from a brand like Godrej. If someone reads it, then help me out with the installation.
