Hi I am not so proud owner of Godrej washing machine , i bought the so called washing machine on 19 march 2010 since then its not working , its really unfortunate that the company makes so many promises but eventually nothing happens, i am really disappointed and i will resort to any actions like approaching consumer court to get justice. Godrej — washing machine not working
I have a Godrej Fully Automatic Washing Machine model GDA 902 and i am having Three (3) years Comprehensive from AMC 14.01-2008 to C 13.01.2011 (Complaint No. 394520 ) dt[protected] , i lodged a complaint five time to godrej customer care that its not working and since then i am talking to technical people and customer care people but nobody can lodged my complaint . Representative came on dt 5.07.2010, noted the compaint. dear sir,we purchased godrej eon fully automatic washing machine on15/7/09 from Harsha,Belgum...we had given the complaint on 18/11/2010 to your customer care but so far they didnt send any techinician here.please send any technician as soon as possible
I purchased a Godrej EOI fully automatic machine in 2010. In just two years the machine has stopped operating. Is the span of this machine only two years i.e. tll the validity of the warranty period !!! The service centre in Hyderabad to whom my job was alloted " Srujana Enterprise" is terrific. They never attended the call !!
GODREJ EON WASHING MACHINE — POOR SERVICE
I am using GODREJ EON WASHING MACHINE SINCE PAST 11/2 YEAR.I had complained for it in Godrej call center almost a week back tan a engineer comes and i ask him to check whats wrong he says mother board is faulty n it will get repaired soon next day another engineer comes with the same spare part bt finds machine motor has broke down. When i asked the first engineer to check it properly why he didnt did tat and secondly does it take almost a week to repair a motor. But still no repair work is done . I called them yesterday they said it will b done today and when i called them again today now they r saying it cant be done today too. I m tired of calling them again n again .My complaint number is -81122
please sir kindly look into this matter.
