Hi,
I had purchased a Godrej 3 Door almirah from VIP Road Showroom (Godrej Interio) on 29th December, 2012. I paid the amount of Rs 24,500/- in full.
I was told that the product would be delivered on 5th January, it was not delivered. I called up on 4th and I was told that it would be delivered on 7th January. On 7th January I called and I was told it would be delivered on 8th or 9th. On 8th I had sent an email to Godrej Team, I got a call wherein I was confirmed a delivery date on January 10th.
Today 9th January I again get a call that it would not be delivered on 10th and it would be delivered next week.
I would want a compensation for the inconvenience caused. I had shifted to a new flat and on 6th and had booked the Almirah well in advance to ensure it is delivered by the time I shift.
Today the entire flat is in a mess because of the problem of keeping my clothes.
This is simply ridiculous, I myself work in the Service Industry and this is not the way to treat customers.
