Godrej Interio — Non receipt of Shelf & mirror received in broken condition

Name - Urvi P Shah Payment Receipt No - 147214, dated 28.08.13. Invoice No - 88I[protected] I had place an order for two cupboards on 28th Aug 2013 (details mentioned above). One was received on due date but second was received after one month - on 2nd Oct. (instead of 10-12 days committed by Godrej). With this, I had placed an order for mirror & extra shelf. Mirror was received in broken condition & shelf was not received at all. I was told that mirror will be replaced within 1-2 days but till date, it has not been done. I was told that i will receive shelf within a week but it is also pending. Your staff never calls n inform me about the status.. I have to follow up with them on daily basis because you have received full payment, you dont bother about customer's grievances. I want to know the status & if it is not possible to deliver it, I would like you to refund money paid towards mirror & shelf.
