Godrej Interio — Not receiving material after full payment

I have purchased Florid Dressing table from M/S Steel Craft against invoice no SC/12-13/R683 dated 7th Mar'13. I have paid full money to the dealer.Till 13th I have not received the stool of that dressing table.I have contacted the dealer many times but their response is very poor.

I too had the same issue of product not delivering on time !!!
I had purchased from a Franchisee of Godrej, at Ernakulam.

So is this a recurring issue for GODREJ ???
