My complaint launched on 29th July 2012. and Still completed 1 months in pending Status.

Really I am not satisfied with your products and services.

Would you like to tell me. whats happening with complaint..

If you do not want to take strict action on my complaint..

As discussed with you, I am organizing the replacement of Blower of the AC which was broken by technician during process of repair. Please be assured that it will be done on Free of cost basis and our Service provider will bear the cost of repairs for this.

As Blower is a plastic part so currently it is not available in Branch stock. It will take some time to organize the spare in the Branch. Kindly bear with us till the time it got replaced. Please note, as confirmed by you, Your AC is functional right now.
