I have purchased refrigerator of godrej company and the compressor of same is failed within one year and the guaranty period of this product is about five year. I have lost my bill & guaranty card. I had asked for duplicate bill at dealer shop(Shakti Electronics, A'bad) but he told me that we have not maintain record before one year. Also the manufacturing year of same product is 2010. I have discussed about same with customer care of godrej but not giving satisfied answer. Was this information helpful? |
