This company opreting the scheme under the name of Golden Holiday'z. As per the schem they took the amt of Rs.3000 for the plan having the return of amt Rs.1 lakhs. they also paid the first three instolments very regulerly then they stop the ferther payments to the member of that scheme. They also lonch the plan 2nd for such kind of scheme so please kindly look in to the matter and protect the people who will going to cheat through that fraud scheme.

this kind of cheater nver get trapped by Govt. Please take some stape against such copanies

I had a great loss. One thing I want to ask these people why these marathi who dont know to do business are into this line and cheating poor people. I have informed the police about them. They all should be behind the bars. I will inform tv channels also.

We four o[censored]s from the family have deposited Rs. 3000/- each and we have received only 3 payouts. We have contacted their Borivali(east ) office, Elphinstone road office & Thane office. All the three offices are closed. Even their telephone numbers are switched off. The mobile no of the Kamble who is so called chairman of the comapny is also switched off. The investors money has to be returned as promised otherwise there will not be option to go to Police and consumer court.

Like you, I was also cheated for 33000 Rs. by these people. Now we must not leave these people like these. Their Pan card no is with me. And also their shop license details is with me. With these details we can file a complaint in the court. These people must be punished and behind bars.

Now what you must do for this:- You email me at [protected]@gmail.com and we must gather in one place.

Your subject in the email must be "we are cheated by golden holidayz" I will inform you when and where we must gather. For this you also send your mobile no in the email. And we must sign a paper and file a complaint in the Thane court. For this we need atleast 100 peoples signature who were cheated by these people. Then with these 100 people we will goto one of the leading news channel. Then I guarantee the man who was the chairman of this company will be behind bars for years.
