[Resolved]  Golden Holidayz — no return of money as promise

Mr. Shivaji Kisan Kamble & Mrs. Varsha Shivaji Kamble were the Chairman Of Company. He brought the Plan Of investing money and take every month chq. or cash till it becomes 3 lakhs. but with the cheating mind he collected the poor people money he shutted off his office one by one 1st Belapur, 2 Banglore & Manglore, 3rd Thane, 4th Borivali, 5th Pune and last was Elphistone on 5th may 2009. he is the Owner of the Rs. 1.50 Cr. Office Of Thane, Rs. 50 Lakhs Of Wangani Resorts Land, Rs.50 Lakhs in purchasing his House AT KHAREGAON (KALWA), He has purchased theOffice for Marathwada Pathpedi at Shivai Nagar Thane which cost 25 Lakhs. He has Invested his money at his village against Land. And Also opened a travels on his Sons Name (Ajay & Vijay) Travels 2 Busses Cost ?... Waht about our clients money and salary of staff. He ran off but the people invested on our trust are irritatting us. We the clients and staff have no other thing than sucide. Find him and Punish him. He himself wasted all peoples money on his personal use. Do. Not Leave him... Like This. from M. Kurmi & Ketan Rode & Staff & Clients...

sir my registration is of 28/07/2008 and joining id. 13743 sir we have registered with my friend as to earn but nothing has happen we dissoppointed, company has promised to pay rs. 317000/- amount to me, sir the couldn't fullfill their promises then we quit to work. we haven't received any amount instead of investment.sir, they are showing big dreams to earn but the poor people whose willing to some side income are dieing like us .
please help to ressolve the issue and give the said amount.

Arre baba police ke paas jaa ke koi fayada nahi. Pahale to police log bolenge ki kya humse poocha ke paisa daala tha? aap log itne padhe likhe ho to kyon aise dhokebajon se phastein ho aur humko takleef dete ho. Yeh police log hamare liye takleef karne wale nahi. woh log apna palla jhadenge. Aur kya pata Kamble ne pahale se haftaa de kar police ko set kar diya ho. Aisa maan ke chalo ki humne Rs.-3000/- ka jooa khel liya. Haan agar us office se koi kaam karne waali mil jaye to apna paisa wasool kiya jaa sakta hai. Yaa to khud hee investigation kar ke pataa laga kar hi apnaa paisa wasool ho sakta hai. Ya sathi sarvaanna ekatra yava lagel aani miloon shodh ghayava lagel anyatha apaple paise gele samjha. what to do ... kuch samaj nahi aata hai... we all should get united and take collective action against such stupid frauds...elections are just over speak to gud Manase leaders and ask them to take up this matter and tell them see how one marathi fellow is cheating the other marathi fellows..

We 9 freinds have paid total Rs. 30, 000/- We received only 2 payments. After that they are not in Borivali office. Their office has closed.Please help us in finding Mr. Shivaji Kamble.
