[Resolved]  Goodwill Tvs — incorrect rc book

I purchased a pep+ in may 2011,they registered the vehicle as pep with less cc. Such a big dealer wont even check this while they register the vehicle. I did not notice till i paid this years ins so i approached goodwill to make the changes and they said will make the corrections in 5 business days but when i called them after 7 days they still not initiated anything and the rc book is still in their table. I dont know how long they gonna take. Also they will npt deliver the vahicle whem given for service we need to call them multiple times and moreover the charges woll be high when compared with other dealers in chennai. In addition, their employees were very worst in handling the customers. They do not give due respect to the customers. Tvs company should think about giving the dealership to someone else.
