Dear sir/madam,

I left my tvs apache for service in goodwill tvs and also i spent more than rs.25000/- for 2 services in between the period from jan 2016 to may 2016, but now my bike engine wes seized, due to insufficient oil, they billed for all items including the small bolts & nuts, and they checked there is a sufficient engine oil or need to change the oil, due to their carelessness i going to lose my bike, if i need to...

I have purchased my apache 160 one and half years before at goodwill tvs, at the time of selling they told there is no any problem will make of this bike,but i got problem at the 1 year time of purchase. I went to service station and they also serviced by bike,the problem again came at 1 week itself.Today[protected] my bike has been fault by self motor,
i got so tensioned on driving. i need an immediate solution for this....

I purchased a pep+ in may 2011,they registered the vehicle as pep with less cc. Such a big dealer wont even check this while they register the vehicle. I did not notice till i paid this years ins so i approached goodwill to make the changes and they said will make the corrections in 5 business days but when i called them after 7 days they still not initiated anything and the rc book is still in their table.
