googlecashkey program — no ebook document

I have used the programm for about a month, then for about four months i had stop using the programm.Then recently I tried to run the pogramm an error occured saying that "no ebook document" .I tried to contact the sites but didn't suceed.Still i email my complaint through mail but my mail didnot reached and message arrived in my mail saying that the address link is permanently unactive.
