hi i am shanmukharao i am doing online surveys work ,my account reached to 50$. i alredy redeemed that amount to my alertpay account, at that time that was showing for transfer money to my account within 5 days.10 days completed till now also i did not get money to my alertpay account.

please tell me how to get money to my account.
