Government — to obtain a date of birth certificate | |||
as i am born palakollu municipality at tirumula nursing home,when i born date of birth certificate is issued without my name.now i am living in visakhapatnam,but for applying passport date of birth certificate is required. i can`t find the online apply site. if the online apply site is there,please send me the link. otherwise send the total details,how to correct or apply&what certificates for proof are required.pl also tell me where i want to submit all these either in visakhapatnam or in palakollu(west godavari) municipality send me details as early as possible Was this information helpful? | |||

mcd giving the date of birth certificate with spelling mistake , they are not clearing the date of birth certificate even we request several time ,and not responding the email
