Sir,
Nashik Road Post office post master has issued me a cheque amounting to Rs: 84853/-(Rupees eighty four thousand eight hundred fifty three only) on account of maturity of NSC on 10.2.2010 without his signature. The date of maturity of the NSC was 31.1.2010. It has already been delayed for 10 days and further delaying that Banker has denied accepting the cheque being unsigned. I visited several times from 10.2.2010 but postmaster who issued the cheque is not found available. I contacted the staff of the Post Office they are also not in position to solve the problem. The amount is very urgent for me as my daughter who is studying abroad has urgent need of money for payment of her tuition fee. The date of tuition fee has already been elapsed. Therefore, I request you sir, please instruct Nashik road post office, postmaster to sign the unsigned cheque immediately.
Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated please.
