Graphic designer — Threatening & Slang Languages from LandLine at 1.05 pm N0 [protected] some Mr. XYZ

On request from us time to time regarding our Extra Bill for Jan 10 for detail usage, from your end there was no response.
On 20th March 2010 at 1.00 pm your Executive (Mr. Rajesh [protected]) called me for Pending Bill payment. I again told him that
I have already forwarded the mail to Customer Care. He said he will call and ask his Senior to have a talk on detailed
Bill Payment. I received the LandLine Call at 1.05 pm N0 [protected] some Mr. XYZ spoke to me & on demanding
Details of OUR PENDING BILL DETAILS he started Slang Languages and Badwords & Threatened me for payment
(YOU CAN CROSS CHECK OUR COMMUNICATION) which a "Relience Customer" would never expect by
Any Customer Care Officer for collecting Payments.

I am forwarding this to "GRAHAK MANCH" and will be complaining against "Call N0 [protected] some Mr. XYZ"
If this is the way of Recovering Pending Bills it is very shameless for customer like us to be Threatened & Abused by
"Relience Customer Care Officer"
