I recieved a call from purchasing a holiday package from great india travels.He continously insisted me buy it as its worth a deal.After his 4-5 days continous calls,i finally agreed.i sat on my laptop to purchase it online.I started with the procedure and finally made the first transaction of rs.5499.I recieved no transaction id. I called them(Thier booking department) for the fault but they replied that the money will be refunded within 48 hrs and told me to do an another transaction.I agreed sice thier was no transaction id and their booking executive put a sorry for this fault.Again i made a transaction of rs.5499. This time i also didn't recieve an transaction id. I told them what the hell is happening but this time they agreed that the transaction is clear and you will recieve your transaction id on your mail.okay...now i asked them about the refund of my earlier transaction and they said " sir, it will totally be refunded".Now the booking executive transferred the call to his senior executive who said," SIR YOUR FIRST PACKAGE WILL SOON BE REPLACED,IN ORDER TO DO IT SOON MAKE ANOTHER TRANSACTION AND TYPE REFUND 5499 IN ITS DESCRIPTION".again rs. 5499 has been deducted. The customer support is not ready to listen. i also send them my statement regarding the deductions.no response from then since 5-6 days.
i think ITS A TOTALLY FRAUD COMPANY.
