I am from travel bulls and i am filing this case against hellotravel.com i have a account with hellotravel.com and they have suspended my account without correct reason and when i am going to explain staff in hellotravel.com (Mr. Rajesh, mr. Anupam) they talk to me like i owe something from him. Hellotravel.com is a bunch of fraud people and they hire the people who dont deserve to sit in any office.

SEASON’s GREETINGS. We refer to the above bookings made through your Website for 2 Night 3 Days Package for 4 persons at specified places @ Rs. 3, 999.00 each (all inclusive) in the name of Sri Pradeep Kumar Jain, Smt. Varuna Jain x 2 & Smt. Sunita Jain. We had been deceived on the following:
a. That a charge of Rs. 450.00 on each booking was not told earlier and later it had been asked to pay;
b. That while booking, the confirmation for 3 bookings at Timber Trail Heights, Parwanoo (H.P.) from 10.08.2012 to 12.08.2012 was confirmed and 1 for later availment and later all had been put on hold;
c. That we had been confirmed in your Golden Membership for One no. Philips 5.1 Channel Home Theatre System complete, Two nos. Apple ipod 2 GB each in Silver & White colours and two Gift Hamper of Puma & United Colour of Benetton of Rs. 2, 000.00 each;
d. That we had made numerous calls to [protected], [protected],[protected], 6722107, 6799805
and several e-mails to [protected]@greatindiatravels.in, [protected]@greatindiatravels.in and [protected]@greatindiatravels.in etc. but of no use and none had been replied back;
e. That whereas we had received only 4 nos. of Reebok Bags having a printed price of Rs. 1, 999.00 (covering letter contains UCB Bag) on 11.08.2012 alongwith your documents. The other gifts as assured never reached us;
f. That it is a breach of trust and customer dis-satisfactiion on your part.

I have purchased one Voucher for Rs.5499/- on 22-May-2012 by paying through online. I have send the DD on 6-May-2013 for redemption of my Voucher. My Booking ID: 10385861‏. When every I call they say we have not received till date. But as per the Indian Post website my post Speed post had been delivered on 08-May-2013.
Please help me in this regard. As I have planned my trip with family and If book now it is not within my Buget.

I bought 5499 package on 05th March 2012 from GREAT INDIA TRAVELS (Order No.[protected] where I was promised that that I will get the accommodation for 4D/4N as per my choice from their list of 3/4 star hotels (which was sent to me). The only thing I need to send is a DD of Rs. 550/- along with the booking request. But I am trying to make the booking from last 1 year but they are making fool of me. I tried to send the booking voucher many times but every time it returned to me because of incorrect address. They are frequently changing their address without any intimation to the customers and have changed their postal address three times in last one year. Finally my booking form was delivered to them in the month of February 2013 and after a long conversation with their representative, they offer me a 4D/4N accommodation in a hotel located in Goa during 27th to 31st 2013. But I found a lot of online complaints against that hotel and Great India travels. Also the hotel was not 3/4 star as per their commitment. When I inquired them about the hotel details, they never replied back to me. I tried to contact them at their helpline number but nobody is responding to my phone calls.
I am a salaried person and 6000 means a lot to me. Therefore, I request you to please intervene and take the suitable action against them. I also wanted to highlight that I have all the email communications & some of the recorded conversations between me and their representatives, if that could help you in any sense.

I bought 2 Night 3 days stay package from Great India travels by paying 2999/-+750/- Rupees and my order number is 10261885.

As per company policy for staying, the customer has to inform 1 month in advance. I informed them 4-5 times in advance by writing and calls but every time there booking closed. Even though I informed them 2-3 months in advance also through mail and calls.

but from last 2 months there is no response on mail and even though company is not picking customer care numbers - customer service helpline[protected]

I have booked six packages of rs. 5499/- 21 oct 2012/nov-2012. in one pkg chiting use my debit card Rs.-5499 by rakshit (great india travels). Each as I talked with great india travels sales representative mr. Rakshit & sudhanshu I DID payment of rs. 32994 + 2700 dd /- On 18/03/2013 for hotel booking packages , my booking ID is ID[protected] ,ID[protected],ID[protected],ID[protected],ID[protected] & ID[protected] . Before payment I talked with[protected] touch india solution office of ghajiyabad(u.p.) that we are planned to visit mnali & kashmir on 01 & 05 APR 2013 . He told me that you will definatelly get hotel package for kashmir & manali the same day. he told i send hotel book voucher by e-mail & i responce by phone but not this time mail & not recieved hotels booked. He told me that you will get voucher code request form by courier filled it send it with DD. I received courier on jan-2013 , I send voucher code request form on 15 feb 2013 with 6 nos DD of rs. 450/- Each. I send voucher code request form at the mention address "1 touch india pvt. Ltd. ,affortable sales prommostion ghajiyabad (up), chalan 18707415 Dt.[protected] from khambha anjani courier. & not answer by great india travels & not recievd my call & not open websit of great india travels " false address" I tried to contact greate india travels but he is not replying me. Then I talked with[protected] he told me after 30 miniuts i can call but not today hm come call . i'm try to try again call[protected]great india travels) but not recived my call.And also he told you can not get hotel booking on 01 to 05 APR-2013 .. plz judjment my problems .

My complaint is about travel & vacation company Great India Travels.I booked a travel plan on 12.05.2012 for Rs.5499.00.The transaction i.d.
was 17861806. Again on 31.07.2012 an amount of Rs.5499.00 was drawn from my PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK Ac.no.[protected].This was because the company had all the details of mine with them.Again on 17.08.2012 an amount of Rs.6000.00 was drawn without my permission....

I would like to bring to your attention of a fraud and cheating of innocent people run by the travel portal http://greatindiatravels.in/.

Subject : Complaint of Fraud with innocent and unsuspecting consumers by Greatindiatravels.in and the company through which they are registered as One Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

In detail :
I have bought 6 packages for 4 nights/ 5 days @5499,...

In India, Great India Travels have fake packages which are sold by their sales executive. I have booked two packages and 3 months back for Nov booking after confirmation from the two sales executive about the destination and the kind of accommodation they will be providing. Even till date the two executives are not picking up their phone or responding to my mails. When the customer help desk was approached, every day a new executive picks up the phone and tells will give confirmation by EOD. No confirmation till now. They are fake and just taking money and cheating us.

That time while making payment there was error showing with cvv code, hence he (shailesh) requested me to give my debit card detail to one of your staff who was available there with him that time. Without knowing him I had given all detail of all trust.

But on 12th September 2012 my money had been deducted from my debit card on that time also i had never thought that this fraud can be done from your side.

After chasing many time to the myntra.com where the purchase had been made they have given me detail who had made this purchase & misuse my money by my debit card as follows:

"He told me his name is ROHAN and he is working in GREAT INDIA TRAVEL."

I have purchased a holiday voucher from Great India Travels in June 2012 for 4N/5D package across India, Thailand or Malaysia worth Rs. 5499.Till date I have not received the vouchers. On contacting them on their only phone number available[protected], I was informed that the voucher was returned back by the courier company mentioning recipient not available. Since, then I have many times requested them to re-dispatch the vouchers and every time they promise to do the needful but do not send. Each time, when I connect to them, a different operator asks me the same questions, I have to relate the same story each time, he promises to to the needful but at the end, the net result is zero. Whenever, I asked them to connect me to their supervisor, they abruptly disconnect the phone. VERY BAD SERVICE AND VERY BAD BEHAVIOR by their telephone executives. There is no way, one can reach out to their company to register their complaint.

I purchased a holiday package of Rs.3999 ( Payment ID :[protected] & Merchant Order ID : QHEBZXME83WE3 from "AFFORDABLE SALES PROMOTIONS" Through Their sales employ name : Sameer Rastogi on 11Th Aug 2012.

They have promised me to give holiday package at lonavala after 7 days i.e. 18 August, After getting The payment They simply said sorry sir we cannot give you accommodation on your prefer date (which They have promised to give before payment) They said we will refund The money you can cancel The trip, when i cancel The trip They said we will refund your money in 15 days time ( I have Their written mail dated 25/08/12 ) when i called up Their after 20 days They said we will refund in 48 hours, now They are not picking up The phone & They are not refunding my amount. Simply They are disconnecting The phone calls and not giving any response to mail.

I don't know why govt or oTher govt bodies are not taking action against Them.. when They have a lots of complaints against Them...

Kindly help me out to get my refund.

I want to highlight a series of fraud committed by the above mentioned companies.

First of all, these companies work hand-in-hand to fraud the people.

Hello Travels and Great India Travels: Publishes mails to people and lure them into buying the holiday packages through email.
1 Touch Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. : Collects the money through EBS once the person books the package through www.greatindiatravels.in and also the DD to be sent should be on this company's name.

The employees of these companies do not disclose their real name and use a fake name so that if we ask the customer care that I want to speak with this guy then they say that there is no one with this name working in their company.

My Summary with these companies: Frankly speaking I too was lured into their false commitments but was taken aback by their ever-changing terms and condition. They adjust the terms and condition according to
their stand. I have purchased 8 vouchers from this company and following are its details:

1) Booking ID / Transaction ID:[protected] Purchased on 20th April 2012 - DD of Rs.550 also sent.
2) Booking ID / Transaction ID :[protected] Purchased on 20th April 2012 - DD of Rs.550 also sent - transferred in the name of my friend - NOC letter also provided

4) Booking ID / Transaction ID:[protected] Purchased on 11th May 2012 - DD of Rs.750 also sent - purchased on the name of Gautam Shah.

6) Booking ID / Transaction ID :[protected] Purchased on 04th June 2012
7) Booking ID / Transaction ID :[protected] Purchased on 19th July 2012

Complaint No. 1: Commitment of giving a Dell Inspiron 15R Laptop and a UCB Sunglass.

Great India Travels committed me of gifting a Dell Laptop and a UCB Sunglass on the referring or purchasing 8 vouchers in total. The person Mr Rohit Khanna ([protected]) gave me a gift ID[protected]T) and said the gift will reach you by 17th August. Obviously, I did not recieved any gift on 17th August and on giving the call on above number nobody recieved my calls. It was such mental torture to me to chase these guys. On 22nd of August, Rohit (or I dont know who, as they keeping changing their names) received my call and gave me a docket number F53114595, which was a fake one as I checked with First Flight couriers. Again nobody would recieve my call after 22nd. On 31st, today, Mr. Rohit recieved my call and emailed me a docket number K40538094 which was also a fake one and again nobody recieved my call thereafter. After this incident I am so frustrated with these companies as they are a total fake. If they do not want to give then why do they claim it.

Complaint No. 2: Refund of the voucher.

On 8th August, I wanted to purchase a 6999 voucher from Great India Travels. A guy named Mr. Shailesh ([protected]) from booking department was guiding me through the payment procedures. On the last page, after clicking 'submit' button, the website suddenly gave a message "Web page is not available" while I was able to browse rest of the sites like google and yahoo at that time (so my network connection was not lost), I also did not get any transaction ID or booking ID. I got a sms from my bank saying that your account has been debited with rs.6999. I conveyed the same to Mr. Shailesh and he handed over the phone to Mr. Abhinav ([protected]). Mr. Abhinav asked me to sms the sms which I got from the bank, which I did and then he asked me to generate a mini statement record from any ATM around, scan it and to be sent to him for verification, which too I did. I never got any reply from them after attaching the mini statement and never did Mr. Abhinav answered my call. Apart from couple of times, everytime I called on this number, nobody answered the call. I have telephonic recording with me in which it is clear that I have asked for the mail and have not recieved it. In one of the conversation with Ms. Kanika Malhotra (she claims to be the secretary of Mr. Abhinav) she conveyed that they would refund double the amount if I am not getting my refund within 24hrs to 72hrs of which I have a call record also.

Complaint No. 3: Reply only on call.

They ask everything in writing and on mail ([protected]@greatindiatravels.in) but they answer everything on phone, so it is very difficult to maintain any evidence against these guys. After so many request also, just for the sake of disconnecting the line they say that they do not have authority to mail and they will ask their piers to mail and than there is no mail from anyone.

Complaint No. 4: Voiding their own terms and conditions.

As mentioned in their terms and condition that they will revert within 3 working days upon recieving the fully filled booking forms, DD and photo ID, they are yet to revert on two of the vouchers which I sent along with the booking form, DD and photo ID. According to the web tracking system of The Professional Couriers they have delivered the package with consignment no. KUR[protected] and KUR[protected]it can checked on website www.tpcindia.com) on 22nd of August 2012. Today is 31st of August 2012 and still we have not got any response on these vouchers. They strictly abide to their terms and condition for a consumer and when it is on them to follow their own terms and condition how can they void it themselves. If the system is down or any other reason of not replying on mail, at least they should have called back within 3 days to inform the same, which was missing.

Complaint No. 5 : Commitments of the sales team and the terms and condition of the verification team.

I have received a mail from Mr. Shailesh from sales and promotion team of Great India travels in which he claims that there is no blackout period for this voucher and this voucher can be claimed for any given period just that it should be 1 month - 21 days in prior notified to them. When a verification department gives a call or a voucher mail is sent by verification team it clearly states that there is a blackout period in December and January between which we cannot redeem the voucher. Now this information is disclosed after the purchase of the voucher, which again is the fraud.

These companies make fraud to extract money from the consumers and do not stand by their own terms and conditions.

My only request to these companies is to refund all my money back i.e., 32994 (6*5499 - 6 voucher on my name) + 6999 (1*6999 - voucher purchased in the name of Gautam Shah) + 6999 (1*6999 - amount debited from my account of which no transaction ID was provided) + 1650 (3*550 - the amount paid through DD for the first three vouchers) + 770 (1*770 - the amount paid through DD for the 6999 voucher), so in total Rs.49412.

This is Dr Saurabh Sharma from Indore.I have booked 3 packages from Great India Travels worth 5999/-, 3999/-and 3999/- respectively and I was assured from sales team that I was been provided with Blackberry 8260 and Dell laptop 15 inches. Its almost a week passed by and tll now I have not received even a single gift from them and even though calling again and again I am getting very poor response from customer service department and sales people are not picking up my call anymore.

Please suggest me to do needful.

the company GREAT INDIA TRAVELS is a fraud company ...promoting false product by there agents . The agents are misguiding everyone. The company agent Vansh approached me . I asked him to booked 4 rooms for alila diwa, goa.
he gave me offer price for 4000 for 2 nights. I did not believed him completed and hence i only paid him Rs 4000 for one room to get the confirmation.But once i paid the money, the agent and the company are not responding . Ans after mailing them and calling them several times , i have no response what so ever.
The company name is Great India Travels. I want to lodge the complain , kindly help me for the same.

And thn after noo calls from company and even its not pick up my calls and i buy packege on 31 jult and still nw i dont got anyy mail or any canformation about packeage.. I booked two packages 7night /8 days for international holidays and 5 night /6 days for domestic holidays on June, 11, 2012. I was promised to delivery my package and gifts after verification call within a week. They even promised me on email dated 19th July, 2012 that due to some unforeseen circumstances could not deliver the courier. Now, within a week it will come and I am still awaiting. It seems the company is not interested and looks like a fake or cheat company and my hard earned money is taken by them by means of fraud. I have also read the similar stories of other consumers. I would request to join together and lodge a complaint with authorities, media and newspaper in a legal way so that these type of companies donot cheat their customers. We should also not bother about loosing some more money if we can teach a lesson to such company as called Great India Travels.
