[Resolved] Green City Buildtech Limited — Refund of booking amount

I booked a Plot in NRI City, Bhiwadi promoted by Greencity Buildtech Limited. I continued to receive letters from Builder about delay in project. Now i suddenly realised that they have vanished from the scene. How to get my money back ?? This kind of a fraud in vicinity of National Capital is a shame. Was this information helpful? I am also victim of Green City Bhiwadi fraud done by Mr Jintendra Chaudhary and M/s Aditi Builders ( Mr Rajesh Chandra ). We booked 3 plots in Bhiwadi projects and believing their claims, paid full amount. Learnt through media that fraud case has been registered against the builder and EOW is investigating. Can anyone suggest where to file the complaint and claim against this company ?
