[Resolved]  GSM — Reduction in balance

My name is Monika Sharma I am using a sim of GSM my cell no. is [protected](Gaya , Bihar) .This is my complaint regarding Reliance that is it is not the first time when a service activated in my cell without my wish , and , always my balance is reduce by some amount whenever I complained
Then sometime I got reply like “sorry mam I will return back your money” and sometime I got msg like “ sorry mam may be its your fault or may be of system fault”. It is not only my problem ,no. of persons have such problems .
It means company is making fool o[censored]s and there must be a kind of GHOTALA.
SO ITS MY KIND REQUEST TO YOU please take my complaint seriously
