[Resolved]  GSPC GAS Connection — Gas Connection

Respected Sir,

I have applied for GSPCL Gas connection having paid Rs. 1000/- as deposit amount vide Receipt No. 20254 dtd. 30.08.2009 from Alap Green City, Block No. BB 3, Raiya Road, Rajkot 360 007. It is observed that the Company has extended the Gas Connection facility to the entire Alap Green Society barring my connection. The internal infrastructure is installed including meter, but the connection is not given to me. Can your Company do like this ? I do not understand the logic of this.

Please look into the matter and let me have the positive reply without loss of time as my contemporaries as already given the gas connection.

I would like to know for new connection for area Baghvati Para. I am living at Sukhsagar Society, Bhagvati Para Main Road, Near OM Shanti School. Could you give me beirf how much time will take to come your gas service in this area?

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have applied for GSPCL Gas connection having paid Rs. 1000/- as deposit amount vide Receipt No. 038269 and SBI Check No. 75682 on Date: 22/04/2009.

I also Paid 3000 for extra connection cost for installation, Receipt no 71035 and Check No: 75683 on Date 07/05/2009.

We also Paid ( Cash ) 1000 modification fees, Receipt no 47932 on date 22/12/2009.

The internal infrastructure is installed including meter, but the connection is not given to me.When I call to GSPCL Office for delay They do not give proper answer and in Proper Manners. When I talked with Miss Harsha Parmar, She told me that I[censored] want to know the reason of delay then u directly ask to the contractors of GSPCL. This is not in the case of me only.and This is not the manners to talk with your customer.This is affecting to the Reputation of your Company due to your Staff.

I also Talked with Mr.Gaurang Vora and Mr Pandya.But They do not give proper answer and do not talk politely with customers.

I humble request you to Please take this matter seriously and let me have the positive reply as soon as possible as my contemporaries has already given the gas connection.
