My Name is Kunal Mittal. I have ordered step up herbal body growth product from GTM Teleshoping. I received the product on 7th june 2013 nd i used this product for next 18 days day and night in a hope to gain 2-3 inches. But nothing happened my height does not increase at all. I was disappointed so i caller the customer care of GTM on 23 june 2013 and i asked them for my money back gurantee . first they refused nd then after that they got ready to 70% means 2185 of the totel amount as 30% is cut off as wear and tear. On TV they advertise about 100% money back guarantee but they are giving me 70% of it. Still i agreed and their customer care tole me to send the product to this address "THE VBG DEPARTMENT GTM TELESHOPING PVT. LTD B-1 KANCHAN SAGAR, AB ROAD INDORE, MADHYA PRADESH. So i send my product to this address on 25 june 2013 and the company received the product at 1st july 2013 as said by their customer care. On 5th july the company called me and confirm my address. Igave them the address where they could send my money order. They said that i am going to receive the money order within 10 days maximum. But today is 17 july 12 days passed but nothing happened. I called up their customer care and now they are even refusing that they called me on 5th to confirm my address and they again started making same excuse that company is going to call in 2-3 days. I also waited four 2-3 days but company doesn't made any call. Sir I m really frustated and company is really a big big cheater which is playing with people and taking away their 3000 rs for his fake products. Sir i really feel that some strict action must be taken against this fake company. As a person being cheated by this company. I will do my best to make people aware of this fake company and how it cheats is customers. Through media nd social networks. Sir i you help me then help pay back my money 3000 rs. Plzzzz help me sir
