Hi I purchased a Guess handbag for Re 8000, just a month ago n the leather has started to peel..how do i get it replaced.

I was given a LEATHER guess bag for a gift it is 4 yrs ago .I have kept in the proper Guess bag to protect the leather went to use it the other day as the day went on the leather was just falling off like skin you can imagine how i felt ...can i do anythink about it ,,,,,,Guess — peeling bag
i recently bought a guess bag and with-in 3 months and being worn 3 times the most it started to peel.
Hi... what is the status of your complaints with your Guess bags? Did they replace it?
I also complained directly to Guess customer service about my less-than-2-year old Guess bag that peeled off. Bought it Jan 2011 and started to peel off sometime 2012. seldom use this bag along with my other bags but I made sure it was kept well to make sure that the leather will be protected. I was surprised and disappointed when I noticed that the skin was peeling off. But even this bag was already more than a year, how come my other bags that are ordinary, non-branded and older (as in 3yrs and older) still remain in good condition. The worse thing is, even if I communicated to Guess and complained, they did not replace it because if was more than a year already and they had not received any same complain about the quality of their bags... until I came across this site where there are series of complaints as well.
Did they replace yours ?

I was given a guess handbag for Xmas from Macys 2 yrs ago. Now it's peeling. Is this a fake leather or real?
