I purchased a Guess bag two years ago if that which i paid $300 it is the colour burgendy, and as you can imagene after having paid such a large amount of money i look after the bag.
I am very disapointed in the qualitiy as the leather is pealing away and resulting in the bag look dreadful and old.
I would like to know can i have this product replaced...

Leather of handbag is peeling

I purchased a Guess bag last year in 2022 from shoppers stop jaipur ( india). It is of colour burgendy( maroon) and I am very disapointed with the qualitiy of bag which I had barely used for 2-3 times as the leather is pealing away and resulting in the bag look like streetbag and fake peeled bag.
I would like to know can i have this product replaced or exchanged ?

Even I have faced the same problem. The handle leather is peeling off like it's a road side product

Received damaged handbag

I have bought guess purse from dubai on 30th may 2022, I stay in delhi, I came back to my home on 31st may when i opened this purse packet i found so many scratches on guess purse buckle as if they have given me old purse i have spent 10, 090 rs in indian rupees on this purse this is very wrong what to do now what the solution for this ?

Broken handbag
I bought a handbag in May 2010 and in Nov 2010 the strap broke on one side. I just think that you spend a lot of money on these bags they should last alot longer than this. I have previously bought Guess products before and never had any problems with them so and a little disappointed that this has happened.

If something like that happens you can take it to your nearest Guess store and get it replaced (if they still have the same bag) or get a new one in exchange.
They can only do this when it is an obvious manufacturing defect (like for example, the metal 'G' comes off or something like that). It doesn't matter how long ago you bought it or if you have the receipt or not, they will usually do an exchange. That's how it is in Canada, but I am sure it is like that everywhere. Don't let an assistant manager tell you they can't do anything. If they do, ask if you can talk to the store manager
