[Resolved]  GUFIC BIOSCIENCES LTD — PENDING SETTLEMENT OF PF

PF+Epf Amount collected and deposited by company and later on i regined from the comapny before completion of 10 years. As per PF act, Employee can received PF+FPF amt but in may case i was receipt short amount.

I filed the letter 3 times and personally also met the officer, one year lapsed but i have not received any favorable reply.

As I worked less than 10 years with Gufic Biosciences Ltd (earlier employer) hence I am eligible for total withdrawal of Provident fund and Pension fund. Please check with your end and release my balance hard money urgently under intimation to undersigned with workings.
