[Resolved] Guru Gas Agency — Gas Booking and delivery

Hi sir/madam,

Its since 20 days we are trying to reach this gas company inorder to know the status of the gas booking. We have already booked a gas and we are waiting for its arrival, as we do not have gas to use since a week. WE are trying to contact them over phone, but their lines are always busy. They do not respond to any of our phone calls. It so much irritating that gas is one of the essential factor and these gas company play the fool without responding. WE pay them MONEY for all their services and yet again they do not respond for any our the customers complaints or issue. Please do the needful and take necessary action on the company

guru gas agency — gas not delivered

Dear Sir,
I am LPG gas consumer, I am the customer of guru Gas Agencies,m.k.b nagar, chennai service who are the distributor of my area. My consumer No is 34290. i have booked the gas and last friday(15 june 2012) they sent the message as they have billed our booking but still no cylinder has been delivered to my home. it has been more than 20 days after my booking.so I request you to solve my problem as early as possible.

GURU GAS — GAS

Every month we are getting cylinder very delay, after I receive “cylinder shall be delivered shortly” we are not getting the cylinder once we raise the complaint then only they are delivering it every month. I request please consider this complaint on priority basis.

Very poor service they are doing in M.K.B nagar Guru gas Agency they cancelled customer booking and rebook as they wish. Telephone response is also very bad.

They are saying lies .

My consumer no -53473 and my booking was done on 4.10.13 . I got my bill generated sms dated 5.10.13 bill no is - 698485.They cancelled the booking as their wish till 17th they didn't deliver the cylinder when i called the M.K.B nagar Guru gas agency daily bases( from 11th october to 17th october) they are saying today we will deliver ( same answer repeatedly ).

Today moring I called the number[protected]M.K.B nagar Branch ) they are saying 14 th october we came but can't find out the customer place.

This reason is not acceptable . I am in the same house past 20 yrs .

I request you to solve my problem and take necessary action.
