My name is Zach I live in Northwest Houston and I was in the areas of magnolia and Cypress and I stopped at three gas stations and every single price was in accurate I drove 60 miles trying to find the cheapest diesel fuel and every single place it was the least $.25 more than the prices that you have on your website. Very disappointed in your ability to keep up with the change in gas fuel pricing I’ll never use your app again

Hi, I have booked guru gas on 7-Jan-2018 till now i have not received gas from them. When calling their landline number[protected] and[protected].They are not even bothered to pick their phone.Also i have been to their office thrice they only say gas will come. They are not even bothered about their customer. Also on 8-Jan-2018 itself cash memo [protected] has been generated yet to get cylinder. Request someone responsible to take action against them.

Sir, Gas delivery persons compulsory demanding fr 45 rupees fr 15 kg, domestic using cylinder else he is not responding for proper delivery. Begging it was 10 or 20, now they are hiking & demanding for more & says pay in subsidy, I request ur goodself pls consider to avoid this kind of indirect bribe. Rgds, Munusamy.g

Cylinder was delivered on 6.1.2014 from that the gas was leaking.. I was trying to inform the gas agency but they did not pick the call. i wonder why do they have telephone at their office. No one picked up the call. From thursday i was calling the agency to inform about the leakage but they picked up the call on monday morning. They said they will send person within one hour. But till now they did not send. The person who delivers the cyinder demands Rs.30 extra... we alway give them Rs.20 extrat thatis Rs.420 but he demands for Rs.430. This time when the person delivered the gas i told him to check the washer. But with neglagence attitute he told that he cheked it. Now i called to[protected] and told about the leakage they filed my complaint and the complaint no is[protected]. I request you to take immediate action against this irresponsible agency. Even the area Manager did not pick up the call.

Name Dr.G.B.Brindha devi, customer no. 60197, last month i received a gas cylinder from guru gas agency, M K B nagar, and when i tried opening it , found that the lid was already open and damaged. i called the number[protected], the person who attended the call spoke irresponsibly saying that it is my fault and i should have checked the cylinder while receiving and also uttered harsh words, if by chance it might have caused explosion will they come and give back our lives.

I am having indane gas connection with guru gas agency situated at MKB nagar Vyasarpadi chennai-39.my customer no is 33908.for the past six month the above said agency is not able to supply the cylinder in time because of non availability of delivery boys.
For example i booked for cylinder on 21.01.2011based on the booking the order slip was released by the agency on 16.02.2011 after that the agency has not delivered the cylinder upto 09.03.2011 after i approached the agency they asked me to take the cylinder from the godown on 10.03.2011 i took the delivery.
Today I asked the agency for fresh booking , they simply refused by citing the date of delivery9(ie.10.03.2011). My family is joint family with total of 10 members ,it is not enough for me to avail one cylinder for 3 months,
So kindly advise the agency to appoint regular delivery boys and avoid such kind of delay in future.

today afternoon 1 O clock, we spoke to Guru Gas agency person 25263533, they said i ve received gas on 29 october lastmonth, iam very much surprised that fellow cheating me that i had received gas . he sold to someone or with my sold to anybody , because we did not get any cylinder from GURUGAS AGENCY. iam suffering without cooking gas, please take immediate action.

i am not getting my gas cylinder which was booked 7 october consumer no. 52232. till now my gas is not supplied. personally visited 5 times but no response.
every time they tell me tomorrow will come but one month has been passed.
it is very hard without gas in deepavali season. also phone calls are kept in silent.

Hi sir/madam,

Its since 20 days we are trying to reach this gas company inorder to know the status of the gas booking. We have already booked a gas and we are waiting for its arrival, as we do not have gas to use since a week. WE are trying to contact them over phone, but their lines are always busy. They do not respond to any of our phone calls. It so much irritating that gas is one of the essential factor and these gas company play the fool without responding. WE pay them MONEY for all their services and yet again they do not respond for any our the customers complaints or issue. Please do the needful and take necessary action on the company
