[Resolved]  Guru Gram Business School — wrong commitment

Respected sir,

this complaint is regarding an institution named guru gram business school which is situated in Gurgaon laxman vihar as 1 year earlier i was interested in the college and wanted to be admitted in the institute i bought the prospectus and deposited it (June-July2011) with the registration fees of rs 10,000 (draft) but due to some loaning issues i was not able to get admission as earlier the organization committed me that the whole amount will be refunded at the next years admission time so i waited patiently and around the end of April 2012 i wanted to check the status of refund so i initiated the contact and then they told me it will be refunded in July and not the whole amount will be refunded just 5000 rs will be refunded i still managed to cope up with it and was okay with the amount being refunded then the organization committed that they will refund it anyhow in the first week of August 2012 now i just visited their premises and the are denying from refunding anything, i had a meet with the director Mr.Vijay Jindal who had a chat with me regarding the issue and earlier was denying from refunding anything after some serious discussion said i will send your request further to the committee members and then it ill be decided that will you be refunded or not.He also said that there is not written proof that the organization committed that the money will be refunded.(Aneesh -student)according to me i called on the registered land line number of guru gram business school each time and it was verbally committed by the organization the money will be refunded even one present executive of college Ms.Eera committed the same. i Aneesh Sharma request anybody out there please help me with my issue and refund stop this wrong commitment by these fraud institutes.
