[Resolved]  Hair Building Fiber — do not work functionally

Dear sir,
I saw the advertisement in tele mall of hair building fiber it guaranteed that the lost hairs will regrow in 20 days even where there are dead hair cells ,since last 1 and half months I am using the products since 6 or 7 th of june 2012 but not even the single hair have grown in that area and also they dont give any reply regarding that ,so I request you to take strict action against those who are showing these adds and those companies
and give me justice either by money or to fulfill the promise that they have made by regrowing my hairs
