Tata Motors — Nana - petrol gauge

I bought nano in October, 2016. The petrol gauge is not working from the beginning. They changed the whole unit. Even then the problem was there. Then they serviced the ball in the tank. But the problem is still there. The tank was empty and the reading (DTS) showed 106 km. Only 7 more months are there for my warranty period to lapse. It has to be corrected before that....

I got data entry work giving deposit money 3 months back. I have done 50 pages and not got any payment till date. They are posponding payment and not attending the phone calls also. I have also spent too much money for phone calls and messages to them. I need my payment for finished pages or my deposit back. She is giving reason somebody dead etc., 3 months have gone and yet to receive my payment. She is not responding the phone calls also. I purchased Tata Tiago from concord motors Baner, Pune.
Right from the start I am observing, they just wanted customer but nothing to do with customer satisfaction. They are offering anything to attract the customer but at the time of actual vehicle delivery they start saying please get the insurance on your own or this much concession is not possible. They should have known the fact that how much they can offer so that customer will not suffer at the 11 the hour. This was the scenario and harassment happened at the time of car delivery. Tata Motors — Tata tiago missing problem

I have purchased this car on july 2016... For the first one month it was good.. But suddenly as the weather got cooler, it started giving jerks in the morning time.. Then the reverse parking assist failed... The speakers were horrible on high bass...
As winter came down, the car became a horse cart giving so much of jerks like i am riding a horse cart rather than a 5 lac rs car... Complaint with the local service centre... They took my car thrice and kept it for 2-3 days each time but were not able to get it right... Only the parking assist issue was resolved which still fails...

I have bought TATA TIAGO AS ON 10Feb, 2017 from Panchkula, neither the sales person of the dealer as well as your rep have not briefed about the warranty scheme of the car, the whole staff is so arrogant and anti customer that they have nothing to do once the product is sold. Also when approached about Teflon Coating of the said vehicle they are just passing on to the next person line by line, when enquired about the job, the concerned person of related job was not available, just passing & passing, as I was out of station my wife requested the dealer to pick up the vehicle for Teflon Coating, but...

I bought this car from Aristo Motors Gurgaon in the month of July with reg no HR 26 CY 6914, this car from the very beginning tested my patience, be it fuel efficiency, engine missing problem, battery getting drained if not driving for mere 2 days. Is this some kind of a joke, I have bought a new car or an old car. The car is giving me troubles every day, and if this is the case with a new car from Tata Motors, then I would strongly recommend not buying this car, this is the most pathetic car in the segment and my experience with it is awful. The people in the service station are always helpless...

We have purchased Tata Zest XT in the month of April 2016 and facing regular issues From the day it was handed over to us. The very next day the issue of Power Window switch board came in due to which we cannot close the glass keeping our car at maximum risk for complete 3 days & same was sorted out only after we have visited the Service Center back in Delhi. No onsite support was made available throughout our Journey. some or the other issue continued to come in since then, now again from the last 2 months we are facing the issue of Steering getting locked while driving. I'm undergoing an extremely frustrating situation with my Tiago XM where the steering of the car has a serious issue which your technical support are unable to resolve even after 1.5 months of my continuously running after them.

I purchased my Tata Tiago in the last week of October from one of your authorised dealers- Jhunthra Motors, Sirsa. During my car's first routine check up I tried to complain against an issue with the steering of my car which I was facing occasionally. At the time, they were unable to identify the same and I don't blame them as the issue didn't appear there....

Tata Motors — Poor quality of Tata Zest car - Dec 14 model

I have been trying to explain to service center form day one that my Tata Zest ( dec14) has: a) noise and vibration in shockers, b) Car sometimes runs on its own c) poor power in first gear d) High Engine noise e) Cranky noise in reverse gear .
Service center people use to laugh at me . Shockers have broken thrice, all other problem persists .

Believing the brand Tata was a mistake. Tatas for me is a Deaf and careless organisation. I think must be good for trucks ...

I took delivery of Tata Sumo Gold on December Mid from Tafe Reach Ltd. Unfortunately, I've not received any proper support from the sales person or heads. This is the second complaint being raised. My vehicle(TN 14 J 1671) was delivered with scratches and dents, it is still yet to be rectified by the authorized person. Very poor followup. On December 24th 2016 I was bought one tata magic mantra from "BOKAKHAT AUTO AXIS" Through tata motors finance limited. I gave my car for Servicing / repair at Tejaswi Motors, Hitech City, Hyderabad. This is the third time I have had to give my car and each time the experience was worse than the the previous. This time it was the worst as the Management and body shop manager (Jagadish) does not even care to answer phones. The problems are,

1. utterly poor responsivenes - they are not sure when will they complete / getting work done through workers
2. Extremly money minded
3. Zero customer orientation - talk roughly on the phone, lie about work and say it will be completed in a day....

Yesterday on dt- 24/01/2017 i was driving and 6(Six) no. of people came by bike in front to my car and told me to stop driving and take away my car key and told me to give Rs.50, 000 as i am not submitting my installment. tyey scolded me and told to go with them to one of your manager who was near in the way. As i told the my problem how i am facing problem to submit my dues they again and again scolded me. then i called THE IIC, Ploice for help and with in a minute the PCR came they all left away.
So, My consign Is if you are not helping the customer then why harashing them in such a way...

Tata Motors — Not getting purchased vehicle invoice and accessories after 23 days

I have purchased tata safari storme from gola ganpati haldwani on 1 st jan. 2017, After lot of followup i am not getting all document of purchased vehicle invoice copy, temporary no.& certificate and form for R.T.O. . even after 23 days.

They are not providing the accessories as well after 23 days.

Tata Motors — Tata zest/complaining long delayed in delivery

I kept my Tata Zest bearing number MN01S7804 Chasis number. MAT623226ELK25945 for repair at Tiddim Motors, Imphal, Manipur March, 2016. I have called them up for several times whether or not it is repaired/finished. Sometime, they didn't pick up/refuse to response my phone called, until now they have not completed repairing, it is now already 23, January, 2017 which is about 11 months. Kindly help.
