This is with reference to our discussions regarding my TATA Altroz registration No-MH48CC7054 purchased on dated 30.03.2022.
It is with very grief that I had to mention that I have observed rusting on many parts including on the bonnet of the vehicle, on which you also reiterate the fact that it is very unusual and concerning and same needs immediate solution from your experts.

My new Tata Harrier broke down suddenly on a highway with my family — no warning, no check light, nothing!

I have purchased Tata car from Kropex Auto Pvt. Ltd, Bengaluru in June-2022, and I paid Rs.33000(Rs.17000 was excess amount what I paid for car + Rs.16000) for 3-years extended warranty at that time itself. My iRA 2.app is not working since last 18 days and it just stopped working within 2 months from the purchase date. I bought the vehicle on 5.6.25 and it stopped working on 30.7.25. Neither your IRA support app nor your customer care team are trying to resolve my issue rather in every call I had to re-iterate the whole incident. I had not expected this type of pathetic service from TATA motors. I think I have made a mistake by purchasing TATA fearless top model petrol car. The incident number is IN-[protected]

My Tata Tiago NRG has a manufacturing defect in the rear twist beam. The service centre in Jodhpur is refusing to replace it. The service in-charge claims that since the car has run 75, 000 km, it is not covered under warranty and advised me to claim it through insurance.
