I bought milton thermosteel carafe 1500 ml within six month its cap has broken. Now its tottally useless jug please tell me how can/where from i get its new cap.

Please let me know from where I can purchase a new cap in Sri Lanka

Please be informed that I have purchased a Milton Thermos (Flask) 1000 ml from Reliance Mart, Pune on . The present condition of the Flask is that it can only be used within 80 as against its stated workmanship of 18 hours hot, which is much below than the prescribed limit.

I have called several times on the customer care number[protected] provided on the label of the packing and even raised the matter through email ([protected]@hamiltonindia.in)on[protected]. I have not yet received any response regarding this.

Therefore, I request you to advice me on the same and do the needful on priority basis and revert ASAP.

After using 1month bottom base was cracked automatically..may be it was old stock but I want to replace this base .

I have purchased two milton thermosteel flask 500ml, wherein one lid is almost gone and one more cap i hve put in hot water and shape has gone strts leaking...im in search of PUSH BUTTON LID for milton 500ml flask but im not able to get this spare..
