    Dear Team,

    I have been following up with you folks for my Milton Copper Bottle Replacement since Feb 15 but the only response I get is some one will contact you .This is really very frustrating .I have been left with no bottle as you have taken my old bottle for replacement as well and now i am not receiving any response from you

      I purchased this product (Spotzero by Milton E-Elite Spin Mop with Bigger Wheels and Plastic Auto Fold Handle for 360 Degree Cleaning (Aqua Green, Two Refills) | B01MA1JLOM) via Amazon.in on 18th June 2020, the rod (mop) got spoiled in less that 2 months.

      I contacted Hamilton Housewares Private Limited on 25th September via email ([protected]@hamiltonindia.in) to which Miss Sana Khan responded that she would arrange a replacement mop (only the rod) for me and it would be shipped in 15 days. However, it's been more than 15 days and they have still not shipped the replacement product.

      When I contacted them via email regarding the update, they said that they will ship the product soon.
      When I again asked them when is "soon", they stopped responding.

      I even had to raise a complaint against them on NCH helpline number [protected]. I then informed them that I've raised a complaint against them with NCH (National consumer helpline) and if my issue is not resolved soon, then I'll proceed further with legal action.

      But they are so shameless that they still aren't responding neither to my emails nor to my tweets on twitter.

      Didn't expect such low quality after sales service from a highly reputed brand like Milton.

      I would warn all the prospective customers not to buy any Milton products because if it gets spoiled, Milton is not going to replace the product even if your product is under warranty.

      Absolutely pathetic customer service and you get no proper response from their team.

        Helo, I bought Milton thermosteel 1500 ml flask from Chennai. Unfortunately the cap got broken so kindly let me know where can I get a new cap for my flask

          Hello Sir,

          I have bought Milton Thermo steel flask 6 months back (Art no : TS - 103) from Big Baazar and using it with satisfaction.
          Recently we have put cap of flask in boiling water and some white colour parts shape got distorted. I know, this is a small part but wondering where should I go a purchase or service my flask.

          We have tried calling customer care number [protected] but seems like it is not...

          This is Nilay, we are really enjoing the best Air caogo services . We dispatched throgh your courier from Vapi / Mumbai to Haridwar. My plant is located in Haridwar. But on dated 21st Aug my material had dispatchd throgh your courier from Malad - Mumbai we need the material with in 2 days but due to some problem the material had off loaded at Airport and dispatched through Surface. We recd the mateiral on 26th but payment charged Air freight instead of Surface that's why i returned your document. Mumbai people is ready to rectified that bill but your Haridwar people is not ready for that. What a poor inter communication is it ?? Mr.Anil the marketing Manager of Trackon service Haridwar is misbeahave to us and said further any parcel comes to them thay had not give to us.. Is it a trick to handle costemer of your comapny. Please reply immediately. Pls talk to your Mumbai branch related all this matter Contact no is :[protected] .

            Dear Sir,

            I have bought one Milton Thermo Steel Flask 1.8L from Garg Dastak Shop no -22, S.C.O. Complex, Sector 31 Gurgaon 122001 on 25.12.2007.

            When I checked the product, I found that it was not working properly. We were not getting liquid (liquid coming from Flask very slowly) from the product when we press the button for open the flask as per work instruction.

            I complained the same to the Garg Dastak on 06.01.2008 for the product. They asked me to wait till one or two days so that it can be repaired or replaced. I left the product with them for any action.

            After two days when I contacted them again they told me that I have used the product and I have to wait another four or five days. I did not use the product. Only I have checked the product with water to know whether it is working or not. I believe that Garg Dastak is not willing to replace the same. They are not giving any positive reply for my complain.
            The product is lying with them.

            I believe that Garg Dastak is selling the rejected product of the company otherwise they should replace the same with new product or have to take any action for my complain.

            Could you please look into the matter?

            I have bought two Milton Thermo Steel Flask 0.5L from Gupta Stationery Shop Phagwara, Punjab-144401 (mob. no. [protected]) on 02/07/2009. After some time I observed that the cooling capacity of one of them was not good. so I complained the shopkeeper. After some times the shopkeeper said that the main dealer of this product was not entertain the problem. I bought this product for my school going son.
            So you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful.
