[Resolved]  Happy Home Group/SILENT VALLEY — Fraud and Scam

Hello,

This is a matter of way back in the year 1998 when Happy Home Group,...Headquartered in Bangalore, had setup a SILENT VALLEY project, in Pune.
Had taken huges some of money around 3 lakhs for booking a plot of land.
the CEO then was MR. MANOHAR REDDY, then it was MR. PENCHALAYA.
Has anyone heard of this group.Is there anyone who has been duped.
They used to conduct annual function of around 1000 members in RSI at Pune used to hold stage shows with big celebrities ..like Singers Usha Uthup , Sunita Rao performed, one of the pics has Mr. Suresh Kalmadi shaking hands with the CEO No.2.
Never heard of this group.for so many years.have remained Silent and gone underground...The money gone....gave complaints to the police nothing happened ...that is how our nation grows to be more corrupt as the years go on..as no one is ready to help...and assist.

Hello friends..I have just got more details bat these fraud people...they have changed their company name..now it is City SquareEnterprizes pivot. Ltd. Bangalore...and their contact is [protected]/[protected] n land line[protected]. Let us all bombard these nbrs n make calls after calls till it becomes obvious that action need to be taken against these nbrs. I am Mrs. Shama chatterjee from mumbai. Its time we all gottogether and took some action collectively.with the new govt in place we can file a fraud

Hi,

I am also another sufferer in this scam.

My plot was not registered but was issued gat No. and my name was included in the list with several other original land owners. I got a letter from the registration office advising that the original stamp duty paid by me on my land was less than the Government declared stamp duty.

If any one doing a court case or has any information do let me know.

Hi i am also in same boat i[censored] know Ur allotted plot no and location u can claim Ur plot with the help of sub registrar mulsi paud . Those land purchase by developer and fully paid amount to landlords farmers that plots only can claim rest all follow up with Mr manohar reddy and gopal rao and Mr arjun so called directors of silent valley project

We also have been duped in the same way as above. We have personally been to the talati office in mulshi for the village manded where silent valley is located. Unfortunately we do not have a 7/12 in our name. There are only 5 people who silent valley registered in 7/12. That implies that all the rest have not been registered by Happy home group though we have paid the additional stamp duty in 2008 again and have an index II in our name . We went to the location of Silent Valley. There is no gate and it appears abandoned completely. Let us all meet and unite to get our hard earned money back. If anyone of you is a lawyer please suggest the best option .

Hi All

There is an existing structure on the premises that used to be the clubhouse and swimming pool.

I suggest that those o[censored]s who have the documents registered in our names / who have paid and received the plot numbers, go there personally or appoint some known person to demarcate the plots again at our expense and occupy the land that has been paid for.

The entire project can be revived with some effort and initiatives from members.
