[Resolved] Happy Home Group/SILENT VALLEY — Fraud and Scam

Hello,

This is a matter of way back in the year 1998 when Happy Home Group,...Headquartered in Bangalore, had setup a SILENT VALLEY project, in Pune.
Had taken huges some of money around 3 lakhs for booking a plot of land.
the CEO then was MR. MANOHAR REDDY, then it was MR. PENCHALAYA.
Has anyone heard of this group.Is there anyone who has been duped.
They used to conduct annual function of around 1000 members in RSI at Pune used to hold stage shows with big celebrities ..like Singers Usha Uthup , Sunita Rao performed, one of the pics has Mr. Suresh Kalmadi shaking hands with the CEO No.2.
Never heard of this group.for so many years.have remained Silent and gone underground...The money gone....gave complaints to the police nothing happened ...that is how our nation grows to be more corrupt as the years go on..as no one is ready to help...and assist.

Anyone have any idea about a court case in Pune court about this project. I am from Pune but working abroad
my neighbour informed that twice bailiff of court came to my house to serve notice but i was not available. If any one else has been served please share the case number so i can check status. I had registered my plot and got the Index II and & 7/12 also. I had paid for fencing also, but never checked if it is done.I dont get much time to visit Pune.

Hi,
I have the same story and came to know recently about it. My dad had bought a plot from these fraudster and have not heard from them thereafter. I am also looking for a legal opinion and if any one has a complaint open against Mr Reddy of Happy homes.

Please let me know if I could contact anyone for suggestions or help in getting the land registered?

Does anyone has any update on the Happy Home group. My father had put money for their 2nd Pune project called River Dale (near Rule village) near Panshet. They just took all the installments and vanished. When we went to check their Deep Bangla Chowk office it was closed. We got duped for 2 plots (total 1 acre land)

We have approached the court against happy homes fraud, by filing complaint under section 420 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code and now we are trying to invoke section 3 of MPID Act.
