Indian Railway — Rush on Harbour Line trains

he Traveling of train on harbor line is horrible.
There are 3 trains from Kurla for Panvel in between the pick timing of 8.30 Pm to 9.00 Pm.
There is huge rush coming from every direction to reach to their homes back in New Mumbai, but the railway authority is not taking any decision on the same.
The population on the harbor line has gone awesome in recent years, but there is very little improvement on the train frequency on this line.Moreover the trains are also not running on time specially after 8.30 pm in the evening.

The railway authorities must do some concrete work to make the traveling of the Harbor line peoples little comfortable.

Subject: Gents in Ladies coaches in Daily local Train

Dear Concern

Railway has provided Ladies coaches for ladies but number of gents in these coaches are equal to ladies.Local train from Ghziabad to New Delhi in moring or from New Delhi to Ghziabad, there is huge number of gents in ladies coaches using abusing language, sings and if any lady protest then these man start fighting, infact sometime they use there hand also.
I m daily passenger of these EMU.Condition of all EMU from Alighar, Ghazibad, Shahiabad is similar.
I request u to kindly provide some Police help so that Gents can be stoped to enter in ladies coaches.

Kindly take necessary action against this ASAP.

Harbour Line of Mumbai — No improvement

Dear Management,
Please do something very seriously about the harbour line, as it is getting worse day by day.There are no outstation trains running on this line, then, why this line is very slow than other lines? Do we harbour line pasengers do not pay money, then, why all the trains are old and looks like that the trains which are running are like scrapped trains? No maintenance is done on fans & lights. In summer season we have to suffer a lot.
Please do the needful as early as possible as we are suffering a lot than other lines.

Central Railway — labours travelling by first class

Hello,
So many labours and staff travels in first class compartment during morning 7.45 a.m to 8.30 a.m. Specially at matunga and parel station. They travel from kalyan to matunga or parel. have u given passes to your workers also? Kindly check it and take serious actions against them.

I absolutely agree., Also, the toilets on the rabale airoli and ghansoli station on the east side are not kept open which is causing lots of inconvenience to the passengers.

These are closed by the person who takes care of it and is kept open as and when he wishes.

The station master does not take care of these and this will be now escalated to higher authority.. Please ensure that the toilets are kept open on both the sides till the trains are running and working.

This is causing lots of inconvenience to the lady passengers and gents with no option try to piss on the walls of the station or outside the station.

But there is no need to run Ladies special between office hours, that's why these type of issues happens.

we already request them to Central railway for Ladies special trains will run semi ladies.

I travel by harbour train every day from Andheri to Bandra in the morning and return by harbour train in the evening from Bandra to Andheri. The coaches of harbour train interior is very very dirty - ceiling is rusted and looking ugly, interior lots of advertisement papers pasted. It looks like it is an orphan and we are helpless creatures travelling free of cost. While new trains have been introduced in both the lines of W.Rly and C. Rly and when compared to these train this harbour train is nothing but a scrap. If you want to use such coaches for some more time till you decide to scrap it and in its place put new train, kindly paint them inside one coach after another without affecting the frequency of trains. A word from the PRO of Central Railway will be highly appreciated.

No clarity in what is written.Also the gents are occupying more than half the train.What about the first class ladies. Can u imagine how so many ladies accomodate in such a small compartment?You will never understand that.All trains are as good as a gents special train.

There's no point in traveling in the First class compartment in the Harbour railway as there are no Ticket Collectors in the entire division. Such is the condition that forget second class travelers people comfortably commute without tickets in the first class. At least officials should try to manage something beneficial to the people who pay three times the general fare to travel. Right now its Free to travel from Vadala to Panvel.

There is some really had to be done on this line or they must change name to hard labour line as we have feel the hardship daily . I will staying in navi mumbai the so called satellite city is just like stay in some small town with no railway connectivity we travel like as railway is providing free service on this line without any money. There is no time table for train no indicator no announcement
Every year minister say new trains will be given were are they Pl look at this matter Mr minister

Only one thing I would like to know that, why first class fare's are 10 times more than second class.

maine airoli to turbhe ki 1st class ki tickeet airoli counter me diya counter staff ne mujhe airoli to mulund ka pass bana diya. use cancel kar ke airoli to turbhe ki tickeet banane ko kahne par staff ne kaha pass cancel nahi hoga.
mujhe paica ya fir airoli to turbhe ki pass chahiye.
mujhe kaise milega ye bataye pliz.
aur is condition me kya rools he pliz bataye...

Dear Harbour line railway Authorities

I don't know which way i should register this complaint now.
Seriously i don't know why any actions are never taken when any complaint is lodged.

I am a daily commuter from Vashi till Lower parel in 1st class ladies compartment.
And i travel from all the three lines ( Western- its the BEST; Central- Bad and Harbour- WORST)

In the morning time all ladies from Govandi/Mankhurd & Chembur enters into 1st class giving following baseless reasons:

1) 2nd class compartment is highly crowded that's why entered here
2) (Pointing at baby/kid)...How will I go I have a small baby
3) I know its first class... When TC will come I will pay fine

And above all when we say anything... they use abusing language... they fight at top of their voices.

In the evening time as well... when train arrives at Kurla... all 2nd class ladies enters first ... and we being a 1st class passengers remains in the platform and train is full... What to do...?
They are so over confident that no one gonna come.

I have seen one TC two weeks back ... she said there's a written complaint lodged and I have been deployed here...
since then she has not been seen.

I don't understand how Western line is doing so great... 2nd class pass holders are afraid of being caught...
every now and then there are group of TCs on platforms, inside the train...
then why cant this be implemented in Harbour & Central line.

Hence Hoping & requesting you to take actions.

This is to invite your immediate attention towards the subject that, The FOB outside King's Circle Station East side is badly jerking while peak hour trains comes and people steps into the FOB. even otherwise a small area towards the end of bridge is jerking even if there is one or two persons.

Hence request urgent attention to the same and make sure that, the bridge is safe for people to use it.

I, Mr. Jatin Ambekar, 37 years old passenger, a regular first class seasonal pass holder from Kharghar to Dahisar. It's been more than a year, where I have been trying to put a complaint against this illegal/ticket less passengers traveling in first class compartment regularly. Because of which passengers like me and many more have to travel uncomfortably. I also tried requesting ticket checkers at CSTM, they asked me to tweet about it. I also tried doing that but it is of no use.
First of all there only 3 compartment of first class in the entire local which is also divided in two ( gents and ladies). Hope you understand our concern and take some action against this matter.
Hence I kindly request you to take an appropriate action against this matter at the earliest.
