Tata Indicom — Harrassment by co

I have been paying my TATA Indicom bill (Wireless Walky) BEFORE the due date, even since it was installed. However, EVERY month, as soon as the bill is dispatched from the company, TATA Indicom will call up and harrass us to pay the bill (which has not even reached home). This harrassment starts a long time before the due date printed on the bill. They call up, send sms (sometimes in the middle of the night) and also send mails. Kindly stop this mental harrassment of a customer who has been paying the bill religiously, on time and before time. All these calls can start AFTER the due date has gone, not before. I WAS A TATA INDICOM(FWT) SUBSCRIBER FROM LAST SEVERAL MONTHS.I PAID PAILL EVERY MONTH.MY TATA FWT IS FAULTY FROM JANUARY 2009 AND I COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY NEVER CAME TO MY HOME AND STILL THEY SENT BILLS.I DEPOSITED THE TATA FWT AND PAID ALL THE BILLS AND DISCONNECT THE TATA FWT ON 29.04.09.THEN AFTER 4 MONTHS THEY SEND A LETTER FROM A ADVOCATE THAT U HAVE SOME DUES AND THEY CALL US BY PHONE THAT U DISCONNECT THE TATA FWT ON 17-JUN-09.BUT I HAVE THILL BILL OF PAYMENT & ALSO THE TATA FWT GIVEN WHICH IS WRITTEN ON THE BILL.SO WHY THIS TATA PERSON HARRESED ME A LOT?
