[Resolved] Tata Indicom — landline no. dis-connected without info
Without information or any email or call the tatat indicom has stopped our land line connection (Walky) saying we have stop the services and that to after are follow-up and escalation.
Now as per tata docomo (Hemraj singh,) we have to purchase new land line by paying inr 1500 and we agreed on that.
But whaen called up the customer care they say we do not provide services at your localty and the officer with whom i was talking he was not at all aware of the product details or procedure.
No body can harass the customer without any reason.
We want our connection back

Tata representative call me and communicate the below details on Call and email :We got your E-mail dated 09-JUN-2018 regarding CDMA services for your Tata Docomo mobile number 022-65390826. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you and assure you that your problem will be addressed. We would like to inform you that our CDMA services have been closed in your area after 27-APR-2018. We are upgrading our Network in your town and hence you are likely to face service disruption in CDMA, as you would know, we have tied up with Airtel and now have one of the Largest, Strongest Networks in your state, you are therefore advised to migrate your CMO/Photon/Walky to our GSM Network. We would like to inform you that we are unable to process ypour request regarding migration or port out related. Your number is 7 and 8 digit walky number. Your 7 and 8 digit walky number has not facility to migrate or port out. Hence, we request you to kindly purchase new GSM connection.
