[Resolved]  Hathaway internet — internet not working

Hi all,

Pls avoid the hathway internet connectivity. No response from hathway. connectivity very poor. download speed is always for 8kbps for 128kbps unlimited connetivity. Nobody tried to rectify the problem but just call up and told some reasons like server upgrdation. very Poor performance from their bpo center. i inform to disconnect the line before the month end. but they not come and pickup the line and modem. but told the reason from bpo center u r using broadband. so we have send the bill for next month also. idots, they are not doing their jobs, blame customers. Dont invole with hathway connectivity in chennai. Dont believe with their marketing peoples also. once get the account and payments from our side, they did not pickup their phones. Dont waste your time also.

hi...i am from hyd...i lost my modem while shifting my room ...i have onther hathway modem...can i ask that modem for present internet conncetion(with same ip adress)...is it work???

Actually, my internet connection only 3 month.Started the internet date of 5/11/08 & date 1/03/09 of last.Please, my internet connection is closed.You have not clossing the internet connection I will not pay the bill.

Really disappointed with Hathaway connection. Very slow and I didn't get the connection when I was really in need. Not reliable if we are going to take it for educational purpose. I got the connection for my project work, but connection got interrupted most of the times .Many times, even for a week, there was no connection. It is not worth of paying Rs.760/- per month when i used only 10 hours properly for the past 3 months . I will pay only one month rent and going to send a mail to cancel the connection.
REALLY DISAPPOINTED HATHAWAY!!!
