[Resolved]  Hathaway internet — internet not working

this hathaway connection is useless.The services given by them is hopeless.I tried contacting even the senior people but they were equally ignorant towards our problem.I have been pissed of with this connection. Its not just one day problem that internet doesnt work but its everydays issue.

My suggestion to hathaway...

Please dont cheat people if you cant provide with a decent service its better to close this company.
hathaway should be blacklisted for providing such a bad service and also ignoring the users for their complaints.
