[Resolved]  Hawks IT Services Pvt. Ltd. — fraud,fake

After reading your comments over here I have discussed this with the HR department of my company. As my company is providing jobs to those who are qualified enough for the same, but my company will not entertain anyone and everyone for job who does not have required skills. For those who does not meet the required skills we have a training period according to the job the person applied for. And the company will not bear the expenses for the training that is why we charge some amount from the candidate. In return we do provide job to the candidate after completing the training period.And the company does not sign the bond with just anyone, because if the company will do so we will be liable to get you a job it doesnt matter whether you complete your training successfully or not whether you have that calibre or not. So your statement for the bond does not really makes sense over here.

According to your comments I have figured out that you were angry and disappointed while writing this response the reason could be non selection. As I have already said we do not provide job to anyone or everyone who visits our office.

If you want to see the success rate of the people who are undergoing through the training you can anytime visit the office and have some words with them. Coming to an conclusion without going through the whole thing does effect you as well as others.

As I have discussed about the disappointment I can assure that there must be some kind of mis communication between you and the councellor.

Mr Shahrukh i am Akhil nair and i visited your so called company in response to a call that i gt frm your side.have done core java from niit and advanced from crezone tech and dude beleive me the project that i work on has gt more than 500 pages of hardcore advanced java coding. the person who ws intervwng the candidiates barely knew nethng bout java and she knew nly a few questions (the one's that are available for free download frm the net)
evn i ws asked to attend training by ur people, guess i was too good for your firm
abey am good enuf to train you people.
basically you guys delude freshers into paying money and if anh experienced candidate is there you try to appoint them and pay peanuts.
If your company is such a pioneer and flagship firm in the IT field then can you please tel me bout your clients and link ups

the training that u have reffered to is provided my evry genuine company for free.
change your company's name from hawks it services to "hawk it training institute".That would sound way better.
kabhi java main training chahiye ho to do contact me and convey the same to your java intervwr :p

Hawk it services company totally a fake...they only making fool to all those fresher who need job to start there carrier...guyz..don't beleive this campany its 100% fake.

No Hawks IT Services is not fake at all and I m satisfied with their programmme and they have trained me in the best way any one can and provided me placement too.

I am quite happy now...I got two mails few days ago.One mail was sent by RM SERVICES, sector 14, gurgaon while the second mail belonged to HAWKS IT services pvt ltd, Noida...Here is what the mail said----

I called them today and the lady there said that she will call me tomorrow(monday).. When i asked her about the registration fees or is there is any written test she just said - technical round will be there and there is no such reg fees(seems they just pull ppl to visit their office somehow and then try to juice out money from them). She might be calling me tomorrow..

PS- RM services has similar complaints on this forum... The best thing a candidate can do before acting upon the mail is google company/consultancy's name followed by the phrase "CONSUMER COMPLAINTS" or just "COMPLAINTS"...for example "HAWKS IT SERVICES CONSUMER COMPLAINTS"...
The results generally include ALMOST every FAKE /FRAUD organisations active in the market...

Hi To All,

As per my experience this company is owned by few fraud people like Prakash Gupta also known as Harshit Gupta and he is a big time fraud who runs scam process in different countries, he is actually planning to do a big scam and then leave that place soon his co-workers are involved and aware of the scam he is doing and they get paid equally for this one of my friend was threatened by the owner of this company when he refused to work with them in all his fraud scheme.

Yes Hawks it solution is big fraud as they told us we give you php training of 2 months after that they give us assured job of min Rs 12000, during enrollment we ask them it will not take more than 2 months they said no way, your training is completed before 2 month and we consider the max time and they take 8000 Rs for training prior to job then me and my friend enrolled there and gave 2000 Rs advance money and in our 4 other people also enrolled, we go there for 15 days after that one day when we go there they said your sir is on holiday for his marriage then we ask her when he came they said after 10 to 15 days.
during the period of training other students that enrolled there before us their 2 month is already completed but no job for those students and if they give the job they give the salary of Rs 3000 pm.
