[Resolved]  HCL BPO, Chennai — Save HCL BPO from Substandard Managers.

There is a biggest challenge for HCL Management as far as the unqualified, cheap behaving and substandard managers.

The following are only the samples of those pathetic managers.

First person is Yuvaraj Subbaraman – Sr. Manager who is currently in C5 center under Rajagopal Swaminathan. Yuvaraj Subbaraman could have not got any employment apart from HCL BPO. He is a perfect example of how a manager of any industry should not be. He is a sadist. Shiv Nadar and Vineet Nayar are giving importance to employee first policy. But if they come to know about this Yuvaraj Subbaraman, they will split on their own face for employing this crook.
He deliberately gave below expectations for the Agents from falcon process who were gone through Aspire programs which is an iniative of Mr Nadar him self to arrest the attrition in BPO and to groom up their loyal employees as Soft ware engineers. He gave the least possible rating by the time the innocent employees were about to be transferred to HCL Tech from HCL BPO. The issue got resolved only after the interference of Mr. A.P.Rao then HR head of HCL BPO. Yuvaraj Subbaraman also use to crack the vulgar jokes about the women agents. I can say numerous complaints against this crook but I am unable to do due to my busy schedule. Totally Yuvaraj Subbaraman is a bloody crook and conman who should be sacked out of HCL for the share holder’s benefit.

The second fellow is Shankar Kalavai who is pathetic in English. He can’t even able to form a single sentence in English correctly and cant draft a single mail without grammatical and spelling errors. I wonder how HCL management is persisting with these kinds of substandard managers.

I request the top management of HCL or HCLBPO to sincerely review the qualification and quality of managers and remove the junks and increase the productivity, retain the best talents and save the image of the company and ensure the wealth of the share holders.

As a result of many complaints like this, Shankar Kalavai is terminated from HCL BPO now. Expecting the same should be happened to Yuvaraj Subbaraman also.

Shankar Kalavai needs psychiatric treatment...i am a full time MBA and have also been a psychology student. I have worked with Shankar Kalavai in the same company for 2 years. He has narcicistic tendencies also...my advice would be that he should undergo some professional medical treatment and then only join some other company.
I got placed in a hcl software but i worked in hcl comnet while working in hcl comnet i got the software offer.Since i required the software offer.i spoked with the hr in comnet and got relieved from comnet but during induction in software they said i cant join in Hcl software since i worked in coment and they said i can join oly after 90 days...but im waiting more than 9months my portal is working but still i didnt get the joining date wil they call me are the portal wil be idle.i wont get in to hcl again..plz inform me is there any way...
