Save HCL BPO from Substandard Managers.
There is a biggest challenge for HCL Management as far as the unqualified, cheap behaving and substandard managers.
The following are only the samples of those pathetic managers.
First person is Yuvaraj Subbaraman – Sr. Manager who is currently in C5 center under Rajagopal Swaminathan. Yuvaraj Subbaraman could have not got any employment apart from HCL BPO. He is a perfect example of how a manager of any industry...

Hi All,
I am an Ex employee of HCL BPO Chennai[protected].I got selected to HCL BPO as a Management Trainee through campus placements for Transition purpose. Here I would like to share the pathetic experience from Sr Managers and Training Managers in the company.
1) The Managers in the middle level are not at all educated. I found out that a HR manager called C.Venkata Krishnan became HR manager by producing fake degree certificates....
