Hi All,
I am an Ex employee of HCL BPO Chennai[protected].I got selected to HCL BPO as a Management Trainee through campus placements for Transition purpose. Here I would like to share the pathetic experience from Sr Managers and Training Managers in the company.
1) The Managers in the middle level are not at all educated. I found out that a HR manager called C.Venkata Krishnan became HR manager by producing fake degree certificates. When I asked him he said he paid heavily to the back door recruitment team for selecting him he also warned me if I leak this issue to any body, the entire HR team will force me out of company through termination. C.Venkata Krishnan is only a sample. Only IIM, XLRI Back grounds in top management is not fair. Top management have to concentrate in selecting middle level managers also.
2) Sadist SLDs I have come across 2 Sadists who are SDLs. First fellow is Yuvaraj Subbaraman who is in C5 now. Vineet Nayar is talking about Employee first and Shiv Nadar talks about Aspire scheme. But If they get to know about this Yuvaraj Subbaraman they will hand their dead down with shame. Because this fellow has spitted on their Chair Man and CEO's face. the following are some of the examples of this third quality fellow.a) He deliberately gave Below Expectation rating for the employees who had undergone Aspire training program just to stop their transferring from BPO to Tech. If any one have doubt you can ask the aspire employees who got transferred to Technology from Falcon process in BPO. b) He always cracks vulgar jokes about women employees of HCL BPO. I can say thousand such third quality behavior of this fellow. Second fellow is Stephen Simon from PHOENIX process. This fellow is not as bad as Yuvaraj Subbaraman but he is one of the managers who had combed the hair of a woman voice coach inside his cabin. There are N number of complaints I can tell about HCL BPO. But I have no time. If the Top management see this complaint, please take proper actions. Because I have HCL Shares in my portfolio. Please give respect to a share holder even if you neglect the complaint from an Ex Employee.
