I have registered for COMBO[protected] course in April 2008...The course got completed in. But till now I haven't got my certificate.
I went around 10 times to their office from my busy schedule ...
But they always given excuse. I can't understand how can one certificate. I feel cheated

Espicially one faculty that is abhishek gupta is one of the worst faculty in hclcdc kanpur

And center manager talks very badly

I and my friend had taken admission for Red Hat course in HCL CDC Chinchwad, Pune branch.The class was to be started on 01.August.2008.So we paid 29000/- on 22.July.2008.But we were shocked to know that after receiving money no one from HCL where worried of calling us as even after 3 months the RHCE batch never started.When we used to contact Ms.Bhumika who had committed us to provide 05.00Pm to 07.00PM batch, she used to say to contact her senior Mr.Nishikant Pandey who is so rude to talk.He never spoke to us properly or he helped us to provide us the batch.Meanwhile after 4 months I was transfer to Hyderabad and my friend was suffering from heavy illness & was advice to take complete bed rest, so we requested to refund our fees.After many follow up near about in Oct they agreed to refund, but now want some my transfer letter from company and my friends medical certifacte.

The money they will refund is also not full amount, it will just 12707/-.

HCL is just interested in money making, so once they receive there full fee amount they will not at all worry in providing you batch also.

In my case they still have not refunded 29000/- for it more than 7 months.

They are just enjoying students money, nothing else.

After follow up, we received a feed back from HCL and we really appreciate that we received our refund with a good cooperation from HCL Chinchwad guy.Earlier we had been given offer many times for batches which we were not able to attend, it was an communication gap due to which the whole issue arise and issue got heated up.I take my words back and I am sorry for posting the comment so earlier without contacting the head branch.Now we have received our refund money and I thank specially to Mr.Pandey for kind help he provided for our refund.

i heard so many things about hcl cdc, few complaints are true, but don't blame all, here i finished RHCE in chennai anna nagar branch, the faculty mr.ramkrishnan is very excellent trainer and flexible person . he take care o[censored]s, in our batch mostly finished rhce global certification, really he only doing his work properly, till we are maintain friendship with him, here hce batch students doing rhce in finally, when they finished other course totally all loose their confident, but entered to the rhce (sir batch) automatically it will increased, when all r went out they want to go to linux domain only, such a good person, so we should share our positive things also

I am student o HCL CDC of Ghakopar(Mumbai).Its inogration was on 13/04/2008 on this date they started their new branch.Now They need Students, For this they launched various offers (Say 10% Discount, FREE Laptop, FREE 70-270 Global Exam)Seeing the offers i took the admission in HCE.Till date i have got 10% Discount & Laptop, But now They are refuseing that we never had told like that you will get 70-270 paper free which costs Rs2000/-.
I want them to Provide Global Exam 70-270 as they have promised to me.

Dear friends i am going to provide u few true and internal information, which will help u to know about this fake institute.
HCL CDC kolkata, i did my summer project from there...
The Hr Ms Monikonika, and other managers as for example teritorry manager Mr. Souvik Bhattachria.and arun Zeviers. etc they usually behave with all sip's very badly...

at initial they promise to provide the Traveling expenses but later they swallow all the money...all of them are big cheater.
Though they made us work like hell but at end of they day they don't forget to behave badly...
other than behaviour ther products are useless...they just use the brand name...they dont have any base faculties are worst... materials provided are also worst...as i did my summer project from they i know the inner details of this institute...Senior managers even behaves badly with the juniors employees...

We worked in HCL CDC for 2 months...we visited different places in and outside kolkata...bt did nt receive any TA.still now we havent receive any certificate ...they made us market all bluff products...they even bring students by providing wrong n fake information...

Such kind of institutes should be triggered down...

I wanted to do CCNA course I went to HCL CDC (Career Development centre) OPP TO KTHAPET FRUIT MARKET, DILSHUKNAGAR the counselor PREETHI told me that class will start on 28/01/2008, I went on 24/1/08 and paid Rs 2000(Receipt no.18335), on 28th she told me class is started but it is N+ class not CCNA and it will take one month for CCNA classes to start, I asked her what is this I cannot wait for month u said it will start on 28/01/08 if she had said before that it may take some time I would have joined in other institute.she said she will inform in 2days on 31/01/08 I went there and she told me to join for N+ classes for free, iam not greedy but I want to see how a corporate training will be and I went for class the faculty SMITHA took class of networking devices, after the class I asked her about bridge she got arrogant with angry she said why are you asking this you have studied MSCA we are not here to discuss MCSA topics(I WONDER IS IT BRIDGE ONLY RELATES TO MCSA) and she started explaining that in raised voice that 2 not proper answer, she was angry, even im not satisfied with the way she explained topic. after class I asked remaining students they said she is like that only .I shocked this is what corporate training is? I went to counselor preethi and asked to return my money r change faculty she told to meet operational manager who is available on Monday (4/02/08)
On Monday(4/02/08) I had discussion with Manager, as remaining students also feel same but they are mum bcoz they are joined for 1year course and have project work marks and behavior marks ect…to get guarantee job.
I told the manager that I am wasting one month for this and even its ok but I want another faculty for CCNA he said it is not possible to change as I am the only one person that is asking for this, why not, iam paying the money and I need good faculty iam not concerned with other students. In class they (students and faculty) told it will take 1monthto complete N+ and CCNA will start on 1st MAR and manager is telling it will take 2weeks for N+, and said that counselors will be like that only they don’t have technical knowledge to explain all this as she mite have forget to tell u that N+ is included with CCNA, is she not part of HCL CDC everyone is saying differently it take 1month, 2weeks, ect. .whose fault is this? ultimately iam the sufferer, at last he told me he will not change faculty nor he will refund money nor he will transfer me to other centre n said DO WHAT EVER U WANT., I told him I don’t want money and I came out.
and 2day afer year some one called me asking why im not cuming 4 classes i think they r still in 2008 cumon wakeup its 2009.wht the heck ur doing all these days.. ( i can explain wt happen exactly but its too long now)

My name is sudesh kumar parashar. I am the student of HCL CDC jaipur. Enrolled in HCE001 Batch.I have join hcl cdc 15 Dec. 2007 when the hcl cdc start in jaipur. But till 15 july 2009 i have no get my HCE Certificate. our director & management not do anything related to my certificate for me & they create the lot of problem.And now when the time of giving the certificate they say that ur not enrolled in HCE. They also told me that they will give me oppurtunity for job interviews etc. but till now I haven't got any such oppurtunity apart from one online exam for HCL CDC itself

HCL is just interested in money making, so once they receive there full fee amount they will not at all worry in providing you batch also.

I know some more problem & issue related to HCL CDC jaipur but the problem is lot of i cant writen in the mail so i[censored] want to know some more issue related to hcl cdc jaipur .

It is surprising to note that some people always have negative things to say about institutions and companies which are genuinenly trying to help students get quality training leading to international certifications and also jobs relating to their specialization.

As a student of HCL CDC at DSNR, most of the students who have been able to complete their long term professional programs, they have picked up more than two job offers and just imagine in this time of recessions where students with 70% also struggling to get placements our friends have got reasonably good offers. Not only this but also those students who have been able to get global certifications have yet again been placed with revised offers. Isn't it amazing. Whatever, happened to all the positive attitude that the colleges trained all the people on. Only GOD bless those who are not just posting such issues but also misleading the others who are aspiring just to get a job in these times of recession.
Just send them to the HCL CDC OUR Center and our counsellors and managers will help them with proper guidance and train them to be placed.

I just wish to congratulate Mr.Srikanth for at least one positive message sent on the training institutions, specifically from Corporate Houses like HCL. I am student who has been trained by a local institute at Ameerpet at Hyderabad. I was just attracted by the cost of the program which is just 5000 whereas the corporate instittutions are charging a fee upto 50K and more. I too was very critical about this and have had argued with the counsellors of these institute on why they are charging so much of fee.

I was specifically taken for a long counselling with the counsellors as well as the trainer of HCL CDC and shown the premises and the technical facilities etc., at the first time I did not understand nor did I bother to know as the price was the only important thing. Now having completed the prgram with this little known center without any practical facility and training, my knowledge on the subject was not of very high standards.
The most surprising thing was that HCL at DSNR called me as they did several others for an interview for many openings they have with their clients. I did not however fare well and failed in the written test. This is when instead of discouraging me they have counselled me to prepare better beforre coming back and also they propse to have a practicle test.
I think I have learnt my lesson well and A CHEAP TRAINING IS CHEAP TRAINING AFTER ALL. So If you must get trained think only that this is an investment for your own future. IF YOU THINK EDUCATION IS COSTLY TRY IGNORANCE it is said. WHAT DO YOU ALL SAY.

Guys check it out there is a 45 days challange - Looks very interesting, sepcially those who are good subjectively on A+, N+ and one Speciliazation CCNA, RHCE, MCSE having good communication skills, HCL DSNR center at Kothapet Hyderabad is offering professional counselling and placement support.
So instead of agreeing or disagreeing just walk-in and take the written test followed by Technical Lab test and only if you pass with 60% marks they will entertain you for the job registeration followed by interview.
I am glad that I went ahead and took the test followed by the Lab test, I have completed the brush up and Lab support provided by them in the last 20 days and I am glad I have been placed.

So guys do not crib over what others say try your luck, HCL seems to have a huge contract with the Nations top Telephone provider on Hardware and Networking and in the next three months I hear there will be plenty of jobs. GOOD LUCK!

Hi, My name is Suresh Kumar and I come from a middle class family. Having completed my B.Tech from the so called prestigious private Institute in Hyderabad, in 2008, I have been waiting for jobs, which was promised by the institute, however, till 2009 March I could neither get a job nor any proper direction with the slow down o[censored].S economy, I was also very ambitious wanting to hit the jackpot of 25K job so I did not try the Government Jobs from BSNL, HAL, ADA etc, which were offering reasonable package in the times that we have no jobs just about 4 - 5 months ago although I was told that beggers are not choosers and that choosers would be loosers.
I have been fed up with the peer pressures, parents pressures, society pressures as an excellent student not getting job is like you know getting killed by these people every day. Finally when in distress a friend told that HCL CDC at Hyd in Kothapet is doing a selection process which will help me know where I stand in competition. I have good comm skills both written and spoken and when I went to them they asked me to wait as HCL BPO would take some techies for voice based jobs, I was finally given a call, I fared well and got an offer from HCL at Chennai.

I was also patiently given counselling to upgrade my skills technically on hardware and networking and gain a Global certification for my benefit for a long and rewarding career. I can now look forward to a better quality life without any tensions.

TWO SIDES TO ANY COIN - One should be judicious enough in choosing the right training company. If it is a corporate they must know its background. The company in question is HCL which is probably 30 years in the making or more with most popular Indian enterprenuer and with multi billion dollar turnover It is my sincere opinion (Opinion only) that they will not resort to cheap tricks to cheat people for small sum of money. I picked up my second offer in just 7 days after getting my first offer and telling the Placement officer that I did not want to go with the one in the hand. I am glad to have joined the company of my choice. The best part is that the HCL CDC Team has the job offer letter copies ready in hand to show them to the prospective students. Seeing is believing or in my case believing is truly believing.

They are so scared of their reputation, how many times I ask they allow me to sit in the class and give me back ups and also start sending me to interview although I did not pass my exams. Now they started becoming tough and putting me to test, asking me questions, quizz etc., I feel after doing all that they are genuinely wanting to help.

I joined for HCE, I did not know anything, but with the good trainers teaching us with comfortable speed and excellent subject knowledge and all the support like International curriculum and books, high quality PPTs, Session plans, handouts, daily tests and extensive practical sessions with the trainers who are themselves not just CCNA, MCSE, RHCE certified by have periodically going through the upgrades themselves, I have no complaints with my HCL CDC as a center of choice neither I regret having spend good amount of time learning the subject. If you come with wrong intentions to any training institute or place where knowledge is imparted you will be disappointed. So work towards success and it will be yours

I have no complaints from anyone, but the language in which some of the complaints are written is so filthy that the community of students must feel ashamed of it. Hi everyone. I K.Mohan studied HCE Course in HCL CDC Annanagar branch. I am very glad to say that Our Faculty for LINUX Mr.Ramakrishnan is doing excellent job in making each and every student to get the RHCE global certificate. Hats of to him. He tried his level best to achieve his goal and we the students are very much enthusiastic in his training. Sometimes he may found to be very Harsh and Strict in his way of teaching, but it is all a good sign of better future for all o[censored]s. I am very sorry to say that though he tried his level best there is some sign of lacking in the administration side. They are money minded. We students need good education through well trained faculties. I had completed my RHCE global exam and got the certificate with 100% along with my friends Mr. Dinesh kumar, Mr. Ravi babu, Mr. Kishore, Mr. Vijay. I hereby convey my great thanks to Mr.Ramakrishnan. But students plz be aware of Money Minded persons.

Good or bad is the experience you carry with you for life. A specific X company dealing in Career Courses must know how to handle their student requests and address their requirements objectively. Here I have read a lot of complains on this forum, but let me tell you that in our center at HCL CDC DSNR Center - Hyderabad Kothapet the success rate of students on getting trained on CCNA, RHCE, MCSE has been really high. Yes I too felt that they were very tough and are demanding more and more from us particularly when we are on a part-time course for 2 hours a day, what is the big deal, our engineering college professors never made us to work and come back to classess with the answers and do the practicles like we do here. The best thing that happened was that those o[censored]s who did follow the instructors of the center have not only got excellent percentage marks from online exam conducted centrally from the HCL but also that all o[censored]s who attempted the Global exams we had a record 75-80% success rate and we are now Certified Globally either by Redhat, Cisco or Microsoft. We were lined up with interviews, they forced us to submit our CVs and attend the interviews and we have landed ourselves with excellent jobs with good companies.
It is true good things never come easy and cheap and if you must try to evaluate the course fee paid with deposit in the bank and getting interest it would be a very cheap method to compare. Career would grow rapidly and provide means for survival not a interest on bank balance of 50 to 60K.
I NOW USE THIS FORUM TO THANK MY TRAINERS WHO HAD BEEN BACK OF ME TO WORK HARD - Mr.Anjaneyulu, Ms.Devi, Mr.Aditya etc, have all been great inspiration and the Placement and support staff have been great on every issue.
It is true we felt like complaining every time earlier before we got job, probably we wanted to take revenge for all our earlier problems by wrong choice of programs and our disappointments for not being placed at the campus from these people. BUT NOW - WOW! We feel great.
They have also started giving scholarships to people who get a good percentage in the written test for all those who take on THE YUVA PRATIBHA SCHOLARSHIP EXAM 2009 upto 25% and seriously it is a great benefit if I must suggest any of my friends to join it is NOW.

Hello, I am Ravi Maheshwari. Doing Asp.net/Vb.net both from HCL CDC, jaipur. But When I gave fees 10, 000 Rs. after wards they told that class will start from tomorrow. But u can't belive it their is no phone call for classes and timing. After a 15 days when i went there to asked about classes. They told that classes was started from 5 days back. I was shocked, But ok... Afterwards now they have a Faculty who always come late. Some time he came late 1 hour and 2 hour. And with in a week some time he was Absent without any informtion. We complaint about the faculty then they change the faculty. But we have a bad luck that another faculty was more than first one. Her concept on .net is very week. Then again we complaint the HCL. So the classes was not held for a 10 days long. After wards we demamd for a Fee back. But they say no, and once again change the faculty. And this time Faculty has no Exprience of Teaching. But Starting days he is fine. And afterwards He just came in class and sit down. Not Teach anything.
In Short my Exprience tell that I have Wasted my 10, 000/-Rs. and 4 month too. and Got nothing. I can't able to make a single program in C#. Then how could i make a website in asp. So, Please all of my friends i[censored] wanna take admission in HCLCDC then please be Aware and think about your time and money please...

I joined full package course in HCL CDC Davanagere during the yr 2008, at the time of Admission HCL CDC davanagere Branch manager Promiced and told that we are having student loan option also if you want .

So i joined the course with 2000/- Admission fee in Student loan kota.

while joining the manager of the HCL CDC Davanagere (Mr Karthik ) Collected all certificates like 10th, PU marks card copys and my father Salary slip and also a blank check with 50, 000/- written on it with signature and without date writen on it for the security reason.

and the course any how started and attended CCNA for around 2 months, any how i got placed in one company and i stopped continuing the course.

but still even if today if i ask the HCL manager, he will tell your loan got sanctioned,

But another new manager is saying loan has not been sanctioned.

but now am in trouble, i wanted to do some other course for my good career, but they took Blank check. and they r not ready to continue course for me and have not provided materials also.

how can i procede with this, what action do i need to take toget back my Blank check and salary slip and all.

Bec during year audition, there might be possibelitis that they may put that check for Bank, at that time its very difficult to pay the money and they have not finished full course for me.

I took admission in HCL CDC for their one year course i.e. "HCE." At the time of admission I had been told lots of things like sure interviews, proper labs, fully air conditional classes, proper personality development classes etc. But actually they were making their customer fool. We got nothing, even AC's were mostly not in function in a single class. Trainers just read out whatever is written in the books. We got no interviews to beat. Hello Everyone.
This is Mr.K.Mohan once again in the hcl cdc complaint box.
Earlier i had posted my comments about hcl cdc annanagar. I hereby want to rectify some exact details about my comments. Our Linux Master Mr. Ramakrishnan done a superb job in encouraging each and every students to get the RHCE certificates with 100% marks as early as possible. Though the HCL CDC sometimes lacked in the other domains the HEAD of the Institution Mr Dhanraj is doing is best as much as possible. Hats of to him. Without his help i could not have got my HCE Certificate itself. He is good in arranging the infrastructure as well as course contents. I also want to thank Ms Bhanu (CENTER MANAGER) in this regard. She is doing well in her aspect. She is attentive to the students motive and fulfills their respective educational expectations. In spite of all hurdlings our Madam Bhanu is doing an excellent job in career courses. It was under her reign only that i had completed my RHCE certificate. Thanks very much to our Madam Bhanu. Students who wish to have a good career course in their life plz join our HCL CDC Annanagar, which will be beneficial in our career as well as in our life. Hats of the Institution HCL CDC Annanagar which is doing a marvelous job in this hardware and networking career field. Once again i wish to thank Mr. Dhanasekar and the Center Manager Ms. Bhanu for their humble help and wish them a long live life. Students who wish to have a good career course come to HCL CDC annanagar and get urself much enriched with knowledge.

I am Rakesh, this is to inform you that i take admission at HCLCDC in course HCE, but some doubts are represents in mind, that in such period (1yr.) trainers are complete the total course which have comprise (RHCE, CCNA, MCSE).So kindly confirm me that i continue or remove from institute.

I heard about hclcdc, Ahmedabad. It's fraud. I was student over there. But since long I completed my course. They have not provided us certificate yet.

They just want to make money without providing quality to students.
Students are so innocent they dnt knw wats good for them, they just come cause of HCL brand name and HCL make them fool.
HCLCDC management dont give enough time to their faculities so that they cud upgrade their selves.
HCLCDC management have involved their faculities in marketing also. HCLCDC has forced their trainers to convince their students to repurchase courses or give refferells.

They are just doing dhanda not giving rite way to students . they are cheating students and also cheating their own faculities by not providiing upgradations to them.

I just you all please dont take admissions to HCLCDC branches especially mentioned in other complaints.

and if any senior management person is reading this complaint box is advised to take some strict actions against BAD BEHAVIOUR CENTRE MANAGERS . A lot of names are in my list but i dnt wanna reveal them here.

These managers are too much rude while talking to their students and cause of such rude behaviour students leave their courses and suggest their frends not to take admission here.

Advise for all managers: Please fullfill promises amde to students only then u can increase good word of mouth.otherwise hcl has to pay cause of your rude and bad behaviour.

After follow up, we received a feed back from HCL and we really appreciate that we received our refund with a good cooperation from HCL Chinchwad guy.Earlier we had been given offer many times for batches which we were not able to attend, it was an communication gap due to which the whole issue arise and issue got heated up.I take my words back and I am sorry for posting the comment so earlier without contacting the head branch.Now we have received our refund money and I thank specially to Mr.Pandey for kind help he provided for our refund.

my name is swami dixit, i am telling you my experience abt hclcdc institute, swarget pune. its very 3rd class institute in pune, its recently happen with me on 30th oct 2010 i have given interview for tech support engineer hold day they kept us on hold at last movement they took my interview its normal interview and said
you selected in HCL and training will start from next week you have to pay 12500 rs as a security amount next day i paid that amnt but next day HCL ex student told me we are also paid 35000 Rs. b4 6 months still we did not get job and whom get job they are getting only 4 or 5 thousand Rs salary. they suggest me dont admission, these people making fool, its FROD institute. so immediately i went bank and stopped my check but still i losses my 2500 Rs,
my sharing purpose is only what happen with me will not happen with you. And most important thing is in pune all private institute is only business. these mother people are only making money so please be careful.

hi frnds im ankit jaiswal(bvimr, new delhi) applying for java course in hclcdc janak puri, new delhi by giving the fees 18900 and start the course on same day but after few days the faculty take leaves and our course extended upto 1 yrinsteaded of 6 months here by the totally loss of time and money
and when we ask for the class they provide any information

Ya, its true they are only interested in making money.At the time of admission
Ms. Bhumika madam told us that the ccna course will be of 2 months duration &
the certification will be done soon after exam, but it was all false.
the ccna course held there was only of 25 days & after 3 months has over but they are not interested to take the exam.

This is a Institute just like a College, One of my Friend Suggest me to join here, I start attending Training, I learn what they taught, but nobody attend my doubts, because so many students from different background, different skill set, it was a hurrible sitaution for me, I just spend 6 Months to complete, they didn't allow me to attend any interview at the time of training.

They told first you complete, company is comming here to hire the fresher.

It was quite offen in Rs. 6000/- how they can offer all the facilities. Yes I can only suggest to know about Java/J2EE Headlines Join LARA Technology, but the grommour Lara is a Best Institute for a Fresher...It's not for a Freshers Engineer/MCA Graduate. It's for a Learner who want's to Learn.

6. Sound knowledge in Technology
7. It should match what Interview they are attending whether technology & Project matching or not.

Lara Should ask how many of my Java trained candidates are working for the Industry... No answer ...

My friends and i have undergone training in ASP.NET at HCL CDC in june-july 2011. Even after submitting the full amount, we have not been provided with our course completion certificate TILL date !

HCL CDC is actually a great training center. Apart from their awesome training, you also get a corporate feel while studying in Noida center.

i did my project in chennai valasaravakkam their response over the project is not acceptable. they are not responding properly. at last money only got wasted even thy won't provide the completion certificate properly.

i m a student of hcl cdc ghaziabad and i wanna says that the director of hcl cdc ghaziabad is doing fraud with all students as well as with staff also. Mr. Krishan have some problems with H.O of hcl cdc and thats why they doesnt taking any services from H.O side. they doesnt provides mcsa books, redhat books certificates, and admisssions now a days. exams, placements is ZERO and taking fraud.please takeing action.

HCL CDC is not fraud but only HCL CDC RDC is fraud.And there is no link between HCL CDC RDC and HCL CDC HO SECTOR-8 .I was a student of hcl cdc rdc i got admission in 2009 november then counsellor was ms. deepsikha and director was krishan now in 2013 krishan has run to braielly to left this center and ms. deepsikha is handling there as a director.I went to hcl cdc rdc in 2013 to collect my third year certificate then ms. deepsikha said to me"who r u I dont know u"? then i said to her"mam u was counsellor when i got addmission here".she deny to give me my third year certificate. i had payed my third year fee and yet i didnt get my third year certificate.i said her u r nt giving placement either u will have to give the certificate. so i waana say that this is fully a fraud center so pls my dear pls dont get admission in hcl cdc rdc i[censored] dont want to lost ur life.

HCL CDC — ditched us about giving 100% jobs

since there are two to three batches have passed out none of the students have been placed from HCL-CDC Belgaum Karnataka . They are only given false assurances regarding placements.
