Sorry to Say that, all ISBM have irresponsible bodies available. Maybe we can say they are not qualified for those positions. Now come to my points and complain.

The 12th certificate was not in my hand. I took the entrance exam and got my bachelor degree. Behalf of my bachelor degree and my experience letter I took Admission in ISBM 2012 and paid an amount Rs.36000 for the Course PMBA, Professional Master in Business Administration. Continuing mails and contact to the Hyderabad office then they provided material in 2013, after that again continuing mails and contact for examination to complete my course. In 2014 they conducted an online exam through MGU University Meghalaya. Then they demanded to pay Rs.2000 Exam Fee. I paid, due to some technical reasons exams are getting postponed, finally exams finished and got results in 2016. I contacted them again and again about certification. They demanded to pay Rs.10, 000 for MGU University certificate. When I search for that, it's only Rs.5000 for convocation certificates. I ask why they take Rs.10000. No answer for that then I contacted the head office and they said pay directly to mgu website. Then I paid 5000 for a convocation certificate. After paid no response from university,
At the time of admission, the Hyderabad office assured me I am getting 2 certificates and a marksheet.
1 Is from ISBM not Recognized with UGC
2 Is from MGU university Recognized with UGC

In 2017 I got an ISBM certificate. It will take me 5 years to complete my PMBA. But still I have been facing problems since 2012. The ISBM certificate is useless.
I really need an MGU Certificate and MOI Letter. MGU university is asking for a 12th Certificate which i don’t have in my hand. If my 12th Certificate is compulsory, how can I get admission in MGU? Don’t they know the process of the MGU Convocation Certificate ?

From 2012 to 2023 I had a very very bad experience with ISBM irresponsible staff. Again since 3 Months continue mail and phone no response I am just asking to provide at least Medium of Instruction Letter and MGU Certificate for my tier2 UK visa process.

I paid the full amount to ISBM, not MGU. ISBM is affiliated with MGU. After completing the Course It is the responsibility of the ISBM to take care of the student's certification process.

I want to sue them. If this website or any lawyer is available let me know.
I already paid Rs.43000/ for nothing and wasted my 11 years of life.
Please Help me and Whatsapp me [protected]. I will pay lawyer fees and case fees too. for this type of institute and useless people who demolish student lives and careers.

As i Discus many times and inform, i am not getting any response from ISBM and MGU eaither phone or email.
its a very treble experience with ISBM and MGU. Taking Administion in 2014 and give an exam in 2016. before taking adminssions too many promisess and commitments. but all are false commitments and promisess.
i am contacted ISBM and full amount paid of Rs.36000 to ISBM and +5000 MGU for Master certificate. ISBM is affiliated with MGU. after completing the Cource It is the responsibility of the ISBM institute to take care of the student's certification process.

I tried to contact them over the phone but couldn't get proper response.
I have been trying to contact from past 2, 3 months but no luck.

Later they given assurance as they will be providing the marks cards and requested me to revoke the complaint
After revoking again started the same, not answering the call, no response, after many requests also there is literally no response.

Who ever it may concern, I need help please.

Hi, I am currently pursuing DMS in IT. I would like to extend my course by 6 months as the family was suffering from Covid and it took a lot of time to recover, my father also passed away and my mom is still undergoing treatment for cancer. When I requested for an extension, I was asked to pay an amount of Rs.15000 for 6- month extension. When other institutes are doing this free of charge (my friends are doing courses from other institutes), then why is ISBM charging such a high fees and not considering Covid situation on humanitarian grounds. Please let me know if anything can be done for this. Would appreciate an early response, which I usually do not get. I had also requested for name change which has also not been done since the beginning of the course.

I am student of ISBM mumbai andheri branch, I didnot receive my marksheet nor my degree certificate when asked the mentor in andheri office demanded 5k rps for the certificate without which she ll not provide me the degree certificate.
I want my passing and marksheet in mail. But they are not giving me.

I have paid money to ISBM for B.A degree. I m a students & I have paid all my fees as per requirement for the year[protected], I gave exams in the month of August & September 2020 for B.A.
I asked my mentor to send me marksheet in mail as due to lockdown we cannot travel. She denied to send and when asked to provide degree complete certification she again denied. I have to submit my degree completed proof to the new company I am joining As soon as possible but ISBM staff is not helping.

Please help me by sending me my marksheet and degree completion In my mail I'd.

And I will walkin to andheri ISBM office after this lockdown to collect my certificate, but as of now I need my papers in mail as a proof that I have completed my degree from ISBM.
I hope you Understand my situation & It will be great help for me in future.

I have paid money to Isbm for degree B.A they took money from me[protected] student I am, i gave exams in the month of aug sep 2020 for B.A.

One day before I got a call from their Regional Manger from Mumbai, where he had given me some information and said he will share rest of the informations over watsapp.

Oneday later got a call from ISBM employee the phone no is [protected], I was asking him about Franchise option and the courses available, first of he denied the informatins were given before were false we dont have any franchise option, who said you and then started behaving very rudely.

how can ISBM keep such persons who dont know how to talk to any clients.

I have taken admission in 2013 for 2 year MBA Prog. i paid all dues including Convocation fee of Rs. 5000 on timely manner till completion of course but they says that you have pay directly to MGU for degree and i didn't get any professionally support from ISBM, Please refund the aforesaid amount So, i can pay to direct MGU for complete the process.

I have taken an admission into this university in chandigarh on 29th may 2019 for mba in hr for the batch sep 2019 & my kusum ([protected]) coordinate with me regarding admission query. These people took admission fees worth rs. 20, 000.
I have the receipt for the same.
Now they are saying that they don't provide with any study material. I have received no support. They are sending me some brochures and books valued at rs. 20,...

Please note that i had taken the admission in your branch for professional mba in material management for 02 years correspondence course & advance diploma in supply chain.

My details is followings :

Application form no. : 113912, student enrollment no. Rjj-033 dated 03rd may 2013

I got a mail from isbm jaipur office on dated 26th june 2015 stated that i have to deposit fees of inr 2000/- before 28th june. Same fees i had paid to ms. Neha on immediately basis. But after payment of degree fees, i had called serval time to isbm jaipur office mr. Rohit / neha and other team regarding the same but calls were not responded properly. After that i wrote a mail regarding the degree in august 2016 and asked about my degree but it was not responded and again reminder sent after 4 days.

Then mr. Rana came into this case and he apologize on his mail on first week of september 2016 and he take full responsibility to make sure that all further commitment are met with on time. Then after 10 days, i had sent again reminder mail but he is not able to reply on proper way.

After that i got a mail from operations manager – head office sent mail and said that university has revised the degree charges from to 5000/-, this was very unacceptable that i was following from science from last one year but no one update. Still degree is pending.

I am writing this in regard to compensation of inr 10 lac. Due to your mismanagement and i lost a lot of opportunity due to non-availability of degree.

This is ananth panikumar, i am an operation head in mnc company for 6 years. I am also an x student of isbm. I have a query about the examination. Isbm provided quality study materials. But when we received question papers, it's so silly. There is no logic of those papers. We thought its home base exams maybe we will get case study based or assignment based question papers. But they sent very easy papers. It's not at all accepted papers as mba student. There is no logic or sence of doing mba from this institute.

Anybody can solve those answers. So why you guys sent study material if everything is available in google. What is the use of study material?

There are no case study based question papers or assignments. Simple questions even 10 years kid can solve these question answers.

Also, i have seen my colleague question paper as he did doctorate from isbm, he also received the same question papers which i have received. Both together sat in front of the system and solved all 9 and 12 papers in 1 day. And we got the result of 85 & 83 %

Really i am sorry to say to isbm, if they changed their exams pattern then only students will get knowledge of study material. Instead, if you are doing the same then why you guys sending study material. Simply take the admission and send the question papers. What is the use of books...

Dear all,

Isbm is bogus institute, not recognised by any govt. Body in india. Isbm certificates & degrees are worthless, you can print such degrees & certificates at your home.

It's waste of money going for isbm, instead there're many ugc recognised open university, you may take admission in it.

They're just to make fool innocent people out there. You may check on ugc website there name is not listed, instead isbm university is there in chattisgarh state.

Pls note isbm univeristy too is not allowed to enroll students out of chattisgarh state & offer education on distance mode or online mode.

I have taken an Admission into this university in Kolkata on 1st December for masters in sociology for the batch July 2017.
These people took admission fees worth Rs. 17, 900.
I have the receipt for the same.
Now they are saying that they don't provide with any study material. I have received no support. They are sending me some brochures and a prospectus valued at Rs. 17, 900.
I want my refund. No prospectus...

I just request you please resolve the complain regarding ISBM. Our student feed back also we receive. His problem is solve also. He received his certificate and all. We requested to him so many times to send you the mail but he was so busy . There was some misunder satanding with the student so that was happened. ISBM is a Institute which is running distance learning courses with rules and regulations. So kindly remove the complain from your end. You can contact with Gurpreet who is from Delhi. This refers to my reference no ABD-001530 dated 8th August 2007, resgistered my self for MBA, full amount on account of fee was paid in six months.

Sorry to inform you that on asking for question paper, another Rs 5000/- was demanded by Ahmedabad office (ISBM). when I talked to Madam Nisha ([protected]), for what I should pay extra money when I have not received full course material nor a single phone call from ISBM during last two year, she told me to pay Rs 2000/- only.

It is requested to look into the matter as to why I should pay any extra amount for negligency on part of ISBM for not sending me full course material not a single phone call to assist me during the last two years.
After this i have requested to his head office which is in thane MUMBAI & CHANDIGARH through E-MAIL which i found from site of isbm www.isbm.org.in but no respose given by any boby related to ISBM.

sir i request you to cancel the recognization of such institutions who make student for only money.
