[Resolved]  HCL CDC mayur vihar — CERTIFICATE NOT GIVEN BY HCL CDC MAYUR VIHAR

I am Shubham sharma I had completed my CCNA and MCSE training from HCL CDC MAYUR VIHAR .31/01/2009 to 31/6/2009 ,but I didn't get the course certificate.Even after 7 months they are delaying to give me the certificate this state is not only for me but also for two of others who had studied with me.Everytime when I call to them they promise me that we will take immediate action. Seven months have passed till.......then...I am getting the same reply from them... Mr GAUTAM GHOSH the Centeral Manager told me that there is some problem in my Fee which i alredy paid at one time 21600 at the time of admission . My receipt no is 131871. Mr Aashish offer me the discount of 10 % after that my fee is 21600.....I dont know why these person is not able to solve the problem .......... When Ever i called the Mr Aashish they told me d same reason that it will take few more days ...........plz help me
